This perfect second-floor duplex will be just the place to bring the whole family for an unforgettable vacation to Bradenton Beach! This breezy home away from home is conveniently located only two blocks from the beach and less than a mile from the heart of Bradenton Beach, featuring many restaurants and fun attractions, including Bridge St, The Fish Hole Miniature Golf, Bridge Street Clock Tower, Anna Maria Pier, and Sea Rocket Gulf Coast Parasail.

When you book this duplex, you have access to a heated outdoor pool that is shared with the other duplex, along with a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off the sand. As you enter, a coastal-themed open floor plan will greet you. Enjoy a sunny living area with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. The living area opens to a balcony overlooking the neighboring homes. When mealtime comes, prepare tasty homemade meals and snacks on the go for your family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs - the primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bath while the guest bedroom has access to the balcony.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

A twin pull-out bed is available in the second bedroom's closet.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great getaway
Nice place to stay and just a few blocks away. Appreciated the beach towels and a few items to use at the beach (chairs, boogie boards) since we flew in. The pool was nice and it was a quiet area. We loved the island - the beaches were beautiful. High recommend taking the short drive up the island to Bean Point. Great shells and beautiful beach.

Wonderful location
It was a wonderful location. It would be nice to have known where the washer and dryer were located and where the pool was located. The post made it seem like it was at our condo not in the other condo. There were some things that we found odd, the light switches didn’t work for the ceiling lights. I think the king bed maybe a little broken. The lights in the bathroom were going out and flickered a lot. It might need some updating for somethings. The WiFi on the tvs didn’t really work and the tv in the bedroom with the twins may also be broken. We also didn’t have bbq tools to use the grill. We didn’t come to stay in the condo the whole time so when we did it was a nice place to be. It is a great location and a nice neighborhood.

This unit was adequate and was as described. Outside needs sprucing up. The pots, pans and glasses needed to be cleaned before using. More glasses needed as well. Beds were comfortable. Convenient free trolley was convenient.

Great location
Place was good. Pool is one building over but also nice. Place was short of glasses and we were surprised by the lack of any spices, such as salt and pepper. It was nice to have starter pack for laundry, dishwasher, toilet paper and paper towels. Good stay.

Close to the beach
cozy townhouse close to the beach. we enjoyed our stay, however, there were a few hiccups. Beds include a couch bed and a twin bed fold-up in the closet. There were no sheets for these beds when we arrived, but property management was responsive. Additionally, the cold water faucet in the shared bathroom was leaking, flooding the floor.

Cute place!
The place was clean which is always imo the most important stipulation. The building is older and the outside needs a little TLC. Not a huge deal but the pool was not behind the building I was in…just didn’t know that bc from the pics it looks like it was. Very good communication with the property manager which is super helpful!!! Awesome location👍

Great weekend away.
We enjoyed the property it was very convenient to beach and the area was a quiet beach town and the neighborhood was great felt safe walking the dog even in the middle of the night. Other guest were very friendly and shared restaurant suggestions as did we. We will be back.
