Please note that while this five-bedroom property, including the guest house, can accommodate up to 12 guests, we do not permit more than 15 people on the property at any time. For example, if your group consists of 10 overnight guests, you may invite up to five additional daytime visitors. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM. We are allowed up to one vehicle per bedroom. We encourage guests to have fun and make memories, but out of respect for our neighbors, we do not allow parties or large gatherings. Please review all house rules carefully and reach out with any questions.

The Space:
The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and features a great family room downstairs flowing out to the yard. The guest house is newly remodeled and has two bedrooms and a cute, clean layout.

Cleaning & Stocking Fee

We employ the highest quality professional housekeepers in the area. All bed linens are washed off-site, and towels are provided. Our cleaners use a line of eco-friendly, non-toxic products. They also stock the following items: shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, individual bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and propane (estimated value of $50 + per stay and is covered by the cleaning fee).

There is a minimum age requirement of 22 years for the responsible booking party. At MN REandM, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests. This important document is conveniently emailed to our guests upon booking and can be completed online in just a few minutes.
