And in the summer, hiking the Snowflake trail, fishing at nearby Sawmill Reservoir, or viewing wildlife on the ski runs. Your family and friends will love you for finding this place!

Saddlewood Snowbird Townhome is a premium 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome that works perfectly for families and groups of up to 10 people. And with three bedrooms and bathrooms on three different levels, it’s great for multiple couples/families to share. The living area is warm and inviting with a stone gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, and a vaulted ceiling and large windows for a bright, open feel. The fully equipped kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s room for six at the dining table and two more at the counter.

Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one driveway space, a full-size washer/dryer in the home, and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Nice place good location to the snowflake ski lift. Place was as described. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The memory foam was not described in the ad, had we known our stay may have been somewhere else. Also, the single travel sized bottle of shampoo per bathroom for 6 people for a week stay was aggravating. It only made it through one day.

Summer in Breck is amazing!
Our family of 5 visited this summer (kids aged 13, 11, 8) and had a great time. Pros: We loved this location, walk right out to one of the best hiking trails in Breck, super convenient to downtown, garage included, hot tub (kids loved!), Kitchen well equipped (we do a lot of cooking at home!), great start-up supplies in kitchen, plenty of towels, beds comfortable, appreciated the fans and humidifiers in each room, plenty of towels/wash clothes. Challenges: First, let me say that all of these are still serviceable. . . that's why I gave 4/5 stars. None of these are deal breakers. 1. No gas grill. We like to cook outside so we had to adjust our cooking to reflect. 2. Many of the pans are quite aged and should be replaced soon. No biggie but had some culinary challenges! 3. I'll never understand why there aren't ceiling fans in every bedroom in Breck but seems to be the theme. Each room had a floor-level fan which was OK but would prefer ceiling.4. The property is 3 levels so make sure that your guests have no issues going up/down frequently. In any case, service was outstanding. . . frequent updates and check ins. Very positive experience. Check-in and Check-out was seamless.

Perfect Ski in/out
Myself and three others stayed at the townhome. Could easily fit six. The Snowflake lift is about a two minute walk down a small hill. There are two ways to ski back to the condo if you do your research on the trail map. Would absolutely stay here again. Had a blast. All amenities worked perfectly and the town is a short walk away.

We had a wonderful time in Breck staying at this beautiful and roomy townhome. The location is perfect for ever activity…hiking, biking, walking to Main Street, and the ski lift is right beside you. Everything was perfect and the manager, Leslie, was great to work with and quick to answer a text if needed. Hope to stay again in the future!

Outstanding stay!
This condo was perfect for our adult family of 6. On our arrival we found the entire condo, including the hot tub, to be extremely clean and well maintained. Slopeside access to the mountain was ideal, and we loved being able to walk to town. The radiant heat throughout the house and especially in the garage was a bonus. We loved being able to leave our skis and boots in the garage and have them warm, dry and ready for the next day on the slopes. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well-equipped. This would absolutely be our first choice for our next trip to Breck!

Can’t say enough good things about this rental
Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location was perfect we walked across street to lift and skied back to rental. The location was very convenient to everything. The set up was wonderful each family had their own floor so there was plenty of privacy for us all. The hot tub was clean and warm for our arrival. Also the heated floor was a game changer and fabulous when you get home after a long day on the slopes. The host was extremely accommodating when I had to change my dates and answered all my questions. Even sent me a list of restaurant’s ,grocery store locations and recommendations on rental options. Like I said we could not have found a better home. This was my first extended family trip to be in charge of planning My husband and family thanked me over and over for finding such a wonderful home.

Perfect location, just steps from Snowflake lift and easy stop on the snowflake trail to pop off, and right up the steps to the garage. Roughly 5 mins to Main Street. The house was great, amazing amenities!

Optimal Breck Experience!
We had a group of 6 people celebrating a 40th birthday. With varying levels of skiing ability/stamina, the option to simply walk out the door to the lift was amazing! We also enjoyed being set apart from the hotels and business of resorts. It was quiet and had plenty of space for three couples. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace! Our only request would be to add some kind of grill for easy meals. We also left you a whole bean grinder for coffee!

We loved the location of the property, it was perfect for ski and ski out with a family of 7. The property fit our needs great. We had a few issues, garage door not working properly and hot tub could have used a good shock treatment prior to our arrival but overall we would stay again.

We had an amazing time in Breck at this property. Ski in/ski out was awesome and only a short walk to town. Location is awesome! Private hot tub was also great to have after day on slopes. Renovations look awesome and beds were comfy! Heated garage came in super handy for all of our gear. Five stars for sure!
