Located between two very quiet subdivisions and a horse pasture, you’re more likely to hear birdsong and the rushing of the creek than the disruptive sounds of civilization. Make sure to keep an eye out for the local wildlife and you may be treated to the sight of deer or wild turkey.

On a cozy evening in, be sure to take advantage of the wall-mounted TV with DirecTV and Wi-Fi to catch up on your favorite show or enjoy a movie night.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Create the simplest of snacks or the most elaborate of meals in this fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how roomy this space is and how easy it is to prepare all your favorites. We’ve also stocked the pantry with all your basic needs.
An intimate table for two allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery as well as the company of your loved one.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS
Set off to the side of the space for privacy is the bedroom area, complete with a luxury king-size bed, with dual nightstands and lamps, perfect for the late-night reader.
A stylish freestanding tub sits in the corner to soak tired muscles after a day out in nature.
The full bath features a walk-in shower.
For our guests’ convenience, we also provide a full-size washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
An oversized porch facing the woods will certainly become your favorite spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. It’s also the perfect vantage point to watch for furry or feathered visitors!
Be sure to take advantage of the gas grill and enjoy a meal al fresco at the nearby picnic table.
A firepit will tempt you into roasting marshmallows or making s’mores as you enjoy the cool mountain air.

Our property is just a minute or two from the Deep Creek entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park and just about five minutes from downtown if scenic Bryson City, NC. We are located on the southern side of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which is a sports and outdoor enthusiasts’ dream come true. Some of the best trout fishing on the eastern seaboard is located here. You’ll also find tubing available at the entrance to Deep Creek, and whitewater rafting can be had at several locations including the Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC) about 30 minutes away.
Downtown Bryson City has many restaurants that offer a variety of choices, from burgers and beer, to Italian, Mexican, microbreweries, and more!
The Great Smoky Mountains Railroad is one of only a few narrow-gauge steam railroads that have passenger service. In the winter months, the Polar Express is very popular with both kids and kids at heart.
Another attraction in Bryson City is the Road to Nowhere. This six-mile drive into the park ends with a 1000-foot tunnel through a mountain and then goes nowhere and make for a really fun afternoon excursion.
Nearly every motorcyclist and sports car enthusiast across the country knows about the Tail of the Dragon, which boasts an eye-popping 318 curves in 11 miles. This “drive it if you dare” road is about an hour away.
Beautiful Fontana Lake and the Nantahala Outdoor Center are in the vicinity and both worth an afternoon or full day if you have the time and inclination.
A moving outdoor drama of the Cherokee people, “Unto These Hills” is performed during the summer months. Cherokee, NC is about 20 minutes away, which is home to Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort.
You can also cross over the mountains in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on Hwy 441 through Newfound Gap that has beautiful, picturesque views and then heads into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN for a taste of the “big city”. This will lead you to Dollywood, which is a major theme park celebrating the Smoky Mountains.
