« Easily accessible, but the dining options were very limited. The hotel is very basic and has much room for improvement. However, the staff were very courteous and effort was made to keep the place clean. »

« The facilities are new and beautiful. They overlook the small crater lake Munyanyange which hosts birds year round and lesser flamingoes in July/August. The staff are excellent. The chef is superb! Very close to a gate for Queen Elizabeth. Staff helpful in arranging tours and walks as desired. An up and coming location, I believe. It can be hard to find initially as Google maps doesn’t have the back roads of Katwe, only the main road. If a sign goes down, you will need to ask directions...

« Nothing. They denied me the room I paid for and attempted to put me in another hotel in town without many of the amenities I had booked with them. Refused to give a refund. Refused to put in writing that I was being denied a room. The manager muttered "oh my god" at me when i asked if the place I was being sent had Wifi. »
