Amazing Home, Great View, proche du centre ville, Piscine, Luxe!

Casa de Suenos est notre deuxième maison personnalisé conçu, situé dans Pedregal, quartier sécurisé et exclusif de Cabo adjacent au centre-ville et le quartier de la marina de luxe. Notre maison a été construite à nos spécifications et a terminé en Février 2010. Il dispose de 3600 'de la tuile de luxe, de granit et de design d'intérieur personnalisé, y compris des meubles sur mesure et de la literie.

Notre 1000 pieds carrés terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la marina, l'océan et la plage Medano et dispose d'une piscine privée, spa, cuisine extérieure avec une fosse tv et foyer au gaz.

La chambre principale est grande et a un lit king size, salle de bains principale spacieuse, balcon et imprenable sur l'océan et la vue sur la marina.

Situé sur le même niveau que la chambre des maîtres est une suite avec un lit 2 queen. Deux chambres d'hôtes (dont une avec deux lits queen et une avec un lit king et salle de bains) sont situés sur le niveau de la Casa de la piscine, avec le salon et spacieuse cuisine gastronomique.

Le salon et la salle à manger expansive disposent d'un ensemble de porte en verre pleine largeur de disparaître, ce qui permet un accès illimité à l'espace de vie en plein air, avec la piscine, spa, foyer et BBQ - le tout avec une vue spectaculaire sur le port de plaisance et l'océan.

Notre maison est idéalement situé en face de la rue des courts de tennis (10 $ / heure) et fantastique Bistro & Sushi Restaurant Pedregal.

Autres restaurants de Pedregal à proximité incluent le Beach Club à Capella Pedregal, la fine cuisine de Don Manuel, El Farallon (spécialisé dans les fruits de mer) et de La Cima, situé au sommet de Pedregal Montagne. En outre, les incroyables restaurants du centre-ville de Cabo San Lucas et de la zone de la marina sont à quelques minutes de notre maison.

Notre maison a la télévision par satellite, d'un téléphone local et Internet sans fil crypté. En prime, nous avons installé un système de téléphonie Internet avec un numéro de téléphone États-Unis et un nombre illimité entrants et sortants des appels téléphoniques aux Etats-Unis. Appels internationaux (au-delà USA) peut être organisé, mais ne sont pas compris.

This house was absolutely perfect for our Christmas vacation. It’s very well equipped with everything that you need. The property manager Kristen was amazing with communication and booking dinner reservations and excursions for us.. Pablo, the Concierge and Gloria(Chef) met us at the house on the first day with a margarita welcome party. Then we had Gloria stay and be our chef for the evening. We were a party of seven and there was so much food left over. The food was beyond delicious and the guacamole was the best I’ve ever had. I highly highly recommend this place, especially for a large family gathering. My only recommendation would be to put the house name (Casa de Sueno’s) somewhere visible on the home. None of the taxi drivers could find us and I had to keep dropping a pin. Which at the end of the day is not a big deal.I would give this gorgeous home 10 stars!

We couldn't be happier with our trip and stay in Casa De Suenos. The home was beautiful and very spacious for 4 couples. Pablo was very attentive from day one and answered any text we had throughout the week immediately. Our transportation and driver service was perfect and took the stress out of worring about getting 8 people to and from activities and dinners. The location was ideal located next to pickleball court and cafe. We ate breakfast every morning at the cafe and it was delicious. 10 out of 10 trip!!

Beautiful property and view
We thoroughly enjoyed this villa. It worked well for everyone from the children through the seniors. I would highly recommend requesting the pool be heated and pay for this luxury. It was worth every penny. We had a few minor hiccups, as with any property. They were addressed and taken care of promptly.

Family vacation
The property is located in Pedregal which is considered an affluent area. The entrance to the Waldorf Astoria is located just outside the entrance. We had 7 adults and a 3 year old. The pool was a bit chilly (January,) but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and appliances. If you don't mind the cobblestone road and hills, walking downtown or to the marina is an option. There is an opening in the cul-de-sac to view the sunset. The oceanview and city lights are beautiful day or night. There is an outdoor cafe at the tennis/ pickleball courts with lovely breakfast and lunch items. Federico was our concierge and was attentive for repairs and supplies. We had a wonderful vacation and plenty of room.

Casa de Suenos exceeded expectations!
We had an outstanding stay at Casa de Suenos. Was plenty of room for our family of 5 (all adults). All the bed & bath rooms were spacious, but the central living space, patio and pool area was the highlight. The pictures in the listing really don't do justice to the view! Kristen & the property team were very responsive and incredibly helpful coordinating transportation and grocery delivery (HIGHLY recommend this!). Victor met us at check in to show us around and explain everything. Gloria greeted us with warm quesadillas and tasty margaritas. Overall, Pedregal is a gorgeous neighborhood, though there's definitely a bit of noise in the morning from the adjacent pickle ball courts (which we used as well) and during the day from construction across the valley. Neither affected our enjoyment of the house though. Super easy to call an Uber to go downtown for dinner and enjoy all Cabo has to offer. Thanks for a fantastic stay - we will certainly be looking to come back!

We stayed at Casa de Suenos with friends and family to celebrate a milestone anniversary. The house is beautiful and is in a great location, close to downtown and the beach at Pedregal is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again, everything was a 5!

Casa de Suenos was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, with good amenities and a fantastic deck with pool, hot tub, and a view of the ocean! Kristen and Denny were professional, helpful, and responsive by email. A few things to note: The property manager, Kristen is not able to access messages within the VRBO app, email is better. There are two golden retrievers that live next door and they bark a lot during the day and night- if you have a light sleeper in your party, don’t put them in the bedroom closest to that house. The neighborhood, Pedregal, is gated and difficult for Ubers to get in and to navigate- FYI. We used Felipe (and his team) who was referred to us by Denny, and had a wonderful experience but know it’s $20 USD per ride before 4pm and $5 USD/per person after 4:00pm. This is comparable to Uber and Taxis plus Felipe and his team know Pedregal very well, are recognized by the folks at the gate, the cars are clean and safe, all the drivers are professional, prompt, and communicative. I would highly recommend! If I return to Cabo and decide to stay in Pedregal, I would absolutely stay at Casa de Suenos again- my whole family had a wonderful experience!

Love the house.
This home was well appointed. Everything was as stated on the listing. The views were amazing, the pool and deck area was perfect. We had a lousy captain for fishing, stay away from "Real Busy". We should have had our property manager book the fishing trip instead we walked the marina to book a boat and we basically got hosed. Our property manager booked our ATV tour and it was excellent.

Incredible!
This trip was once in a lifetime! My group came for a bachelorette of 10 and it was everything and more that we could have asked for!! Kristen was fantastic at arranging transportation, spa services, grocery delivery, and a chef! Victor was there to greet us to make sure we knew how to work everything in the house which was awesome when navigating certain amenities! Gloria and Antonio made such excellent food with great options 11/10! We booked massages and every individual who received a massage said it was the best massage they have ever had in their life! The house was so clean and spacious for our large group! I would definitely come back and stay at Casa de Suenos, this place was truly perfection!

We had the most amazing time at this house. We were all visiting from various places in the US and from the start, felt safe and comfortable as the host set us up with transportation from the airport, a private chef and a driver for the entire week. The house was clean, in a perfect location close to the marina and Cabo hot spots and had an amazing cafe just down the road! Cannot recommend this property enough!!

This home did not disappoint!! Really wish we could give 6 stars! Absolutely stunning home with beautiful views!! Everything was perfect!
