« Here is what we experienced: - The kitchen was bare bones and absolutely needs much more in the way of dishes etc. Once we were there we were madly texting those who were behind us to bring cooking pans etc from home. - The basement had not been cleaned. The bedding was stained and had hair in the sheets. « The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. »
