« I would definitely come back to this location if we come back to San Francisco. The apartment was clean and the amenities were great. It doesn't have a stove but it does have a air fryer. If you are visiting for the weekend and you don't need a stove this is a great place for that. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. I was very satisfied with my stay here. »

« I just needed a somewhere to stay at night and this place did the job. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were enough for me. The area isn't bad and its close to a lot of stores, like Safeway, Smart&Final, and Dollar store. There's also a bus on the main road that will take you straight downtown. I did spot one or two roaches, and the coffee maker was really dirty. There also wasn't always parking but this wasn't a problem for me. »

« I was very happy to have found this property. It was convenient to Capitola where I had a project to complete and also to outdoor activities I wanted to do in the Santa Cruz-Captiola-Soquel-Aptos area: hiking in Nisene Marks State Park and other parks, and walks along the Santa Cruz & Soquel cove beaches. Comfortable accommodations, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, excellent communication, and a relaxing atmosphere. :) »

« Very nice location inside the gates of Yosemite. It is about 8 miles to Tunnel View, which made it a nice easy early morning drive to try for sunrise photos. Nice hot shower and warm nice bed were welcome changes from the few nights of camping earlier in my trip. Nice deck to relax on and recharge with a coffee while downloading photos from the Firefall in Feb 2025. »

« Overall property is well maintained and clean. some good thought on providing some basics were welcomed. Location is great and easy for ski in and ski out. Definitely some updates to common areas since last season. I’d recommend providing better instructions on the location of the parking spot. Manager was able to guide us better, but took longer than Thought. Not a knock on property more with the Hoa. »
