« Wonderful communication with owner/manager. Fabulous kitchen with so many utensils and appliances. Icemaker was amazing. It was a cold rainy weekend, but the house accommodated all of us with ease, provided privacy, and a great time! « We had a family Christmas gathering in this beautiful house. We all live in different parts of the country and this location was central. We used the house as a base, but only two families stayed here. Everything from the cleanliness to the well equipped kitchen and the little amenities was perfect. The view of the lake was an extra bonus and the game room was a great addition for the kids and kids at heart in the group. I highly recommend this house and hope to return in the future. »

« Rented Blackwater for my 40th birthday celebration. I couldn't imagine a better place if I tried. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. The arcade was beyond my dreams! The decorations for Halloween made it even better. We're already planning a return in the summer. Communication with the host was fast and reliable, and they added some personal touches for my birthday that were very sweet and definitely appreciated. The kitchen also had everything we needed! « We are a large group of friends that travel frequently and have stayed in a variety of AirBB's and Vrbos. This one far exceeded any of our stays. « We had a wonderful time at this property! All my questions were answered quickly before we arrived. There were a lot of things to keep us occupied during our stay with lots of family ranging from 9 months old to 65 years old! It's a little far from places, but the Mexican place down the road is awesome! My mom is in an electric wheel chair and she did great here with the accessibility and open floor plan. Very clean and just as pictured / described! »
