Waterfront Villa with unique view of wide canal and nature preserve - Pool & Spa

"Villa Amara" is beautifully furnished and offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests with its three bedrooms (two with king-beds and one with two twins, all with Luxury Vinyl Floor now) and two baths. All windows and sliding doors are brand new with Impact Insulated Glass. Two of the bedrooms have sliders to the pool area and offer a fabulous water view. The location is outstanding: The home faces west at a basin section of the South Spreader Waterway, the westernmost canal in Cape Coral, overlooking a nature preserve. Enjoy great views from the large patio with its electrically heated pool and spa and from the dock. This is the place to witness incredible sunsets and find true relaxation. Free WiFi is available. Also free is the use of the kayak, the bikes and the fishing equipment. If you´re thinking of renting a boat: There are many boat rental companies in Cape Coral where you can rent a huge variety of boats. You can moore your rented boat at our boatdock at "Villa Amara" for free. On request most boat rental companies deliver the boat to your vacation home. Since "Villa Amara" is located at a saltwater canal you can take your boat directly from the boat dock to the open sea (Gulf of Mexico). The nearest beach, Cape Coral Beach, is a 12 minute drive away. You reach the extensive sandy beaches of Sanibel and Captiva after about 25 miles. Closest restaurant and shops are about 1.5 miles away.

We absolutely loved everything about Villa Amara. Our hosts were incredibly kind and communicative and super helpful with all our questions. The villa is in a wonderful location in Cape Coral, and the house and the entire property is so well-kept, lovely, and homey. The view from the lanai and pool is stunning; we spent hours just sitting on the porch watching the water, trees, and birds. The house is beautifully appointed with everything guests could need for a comfortable stay. My husband and I will definitely be back- this was the relaxing, tranquil retreat we needed. Sensational Sunsets
This was our second stay at Villa Amara, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The new patio doors are lovely; so easy to slide! The house had everything we needed and then some. We loved having access to a bathroom from the pool deck, and the pool and spa were spotlessly clean. Every evening, we sat out on the chaise lounges with some wine and enjoyed the amazing sunsets! We will be back!

2023 Family Christmas getaway
The house had all of the amenities and more. The views of the canal and nature area were a great start and end to every day. There is nothing like waking up to sunshine and water. Even the rain we had didn’t make for wasted days. We came to escape the hustle and bustle of work and life back home, and this house did not disappoint. Anja was wonderful with a great smile and friendly disposition. We had some questions when we first arrived, and she was extremely responsive. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. We have already been discussing making this a yearly trip.

Awesome house, pool, hot tub, and most of all amazing views & sunsets. The 2 king suites each had patio doors to the back pool area. It was peaceful and very beautiful. It had everything....kayaks, bikes, pool toys, fishing poles, washer/dryer, full kitchen, 2 comfy couches, TV's in bedrooms & Living room, towels, beach towels, dishes & even shampoo/conditioner in the showers. I would like to thank the hosts for sharing their home which made our vacation unforgettable.

This home exceeded all of our expectations! Anja, the property manager, was super nice and very responsive to anything we needed. This property is in a great neighborhood. Views of the canal are spectacular, especially at sunset. The pool and spa were super clean and we enjoyed them the whole trip. We cannot wait to go back!

Quiet neighborhood with fabulous pool and lanai
House was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood. Great pool & water views of the chanel. The property manager was fantastic. Nervous due to all the paperwork & strongly written verbiage when booking the place but worked out fine. It was my husband & I for a long weekend and we were charged $31 for electricity which was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice property at a beautiful location
We enjoyed staying at Villa Amara very much. It is located at a quiet and peaceful place with a nice mangrove view across the canal. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We sure hope to be back for our next vacation.

Anja is totally awesome! The house was great, the pool and spa were awesome! Everything was just as listed and expected and we had a fabulous time. Our hearts go out to all of the people that are still trying to recover from Ian (especially Fort Myers Beach), but the waterfront villa was great!

We highly recommend staying at this property. It was everything as advertised on VRBO. The view of the canal from the lanai was awesome. The pool was fantastic and the rest of the house was well decorated. Very clean and the property manager was easily accessible.

Beautiful home with exceptional outdoor area including pool and hot tub. Views are amazing! There is a charge for electricity used but that is explained prior to booking. Apparently a common thing in that area. We had no problem with it as we managed our energy consumption and kept doors and windows closed. The home has most everything you need for your stay. Property manager is a very nice person and responds quickly. We enjoyed our visit and hope to return sometime in the future.

The place is stunning. Vasically lived outside by the pool with the amazing view the entire time. After signing a page contract before I could check in, we then had another contract to sign on our first day....yes she came to have us sign. We used the washing machine one day and 20 seconds after putting it on, we had a text that they had a technician that needed to come the next morning as the machine wasn't working. I said no. The machine was working just fine. Although they state that they have cameras working only out the front, I suspect they had cameras that notified them we used the washing machine. On checkout, we again had to meet the property owner so they could check things out and calculate the amount I owed for the power used during our week. The fact that we had to pay for power was a stressor during our stay. I had no idea what the usage/cost would be. It ended up being another $150 but i had no idea if it would be $500+. Overall, the place is gorgeous, but with numberous contracts needong to be signed, multiple visits, suspicion of cameras and the unknown worry of the cost for our power use , made it not the totally relaxing stay we wanted.

Great way to unwinde
Nice property, enjoyed our stay, Pool and hot tub was a great way to relax. My only complaint was our TV, They don't have the sports channel and I missed the Bruins and Celtics playoff games. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back some day!
