Our booking was origionally for 1 night and we had to extend to 2 nights. Got the confirmation and paid for the extra room several days before the trip. When my husband went to check in they only showed 1 night. Even after validating that the reservation should've been for 2 nights all they would say is that Expedia had to fix the problem. It was late after a long day of travel and he had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. A company with good customer service would've checked him in and told him they would contact Expedia to reslove the issue instead just blowing him off. It makes it so I am very hesitant to use them in the future because they obviously aren't a company that will put the cusotmers first.
