« I recently stayed at Elk Springs Resorts, and my experience, despite some positives, fell short of expectations for a purported 5-star resort. Areas of Concern: Cleanliness: The accommodation lacked cleanliness standards, with visible dust in vents and filters, as well as under furniture, creating an unpleasant environment. Stained Linens: Master bed sheets had noticeable blood stains, an unacceptable issue for a 5-star resort. Towel Quality: The provided towels were rough, some even stained....

Would have helped to have some channel guidance for the TV- it was frustrating to just have to keep channel surfing. Spectrum doesn't offer much of a guide. This property is in the midst of everything accessible on the main drive in Pigeon Forge, but it's tough to get in and out of the road due to traffic. »
