« The property is a converted unit on the owner’s property. It’s accurately described, very clean, and well stocked. There is a Keurig coffee machine but no pods were made available. The bed is on the firmer side but we prefer it like that. I had to reach out to the owner’s for check in information but they were very responsive. The is was a nice stay in a nice location. »

« Despite being on a busy street, it was a convenient location to GCU, downtown Phx, and Scottsdale. The house was very nice, decorated beautifully. Perfect for us. Our only hiccup was that we paid for a late checkout (2pm), but when we got back to the house at 12:45, the code had been changed! Locked out at 115 degree weather. But I simply called the number listed and someone from Vacasa helped us get in. Would stay there again. »

« Perfectly appointed in Phoenix! The space was cozy and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was pretty good—close to great restaurants (The Giving Tree was our favorite) and attractions, yet tucked away in a cute neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The hosts were friendly, ensured we had a comfortable stay and were responsive.
