The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. « Les serviettes sont tachées et déchirées, la tété ne fonctionnait pas et ils ne s’en sont pas occupés sauf le dernier jour ou à notre demande, ils nous ont fournis une nouvelle télécommande, les équipements de salle de bais brisés, un gros insecte écrasé. »

« Very nice hotel, I’ve never stayed at one before. I decided to use them on my entire trip. The price was good and everything was well kept. I had a special needs child with me and he was treated well and had a great time exploring. He made a bit of a mess at breakfast and the kitchen staff took care of it without getting upset. « Stayed overnight before out-patient surgery at Ruby Memorial Hospital. We had to be at the hospital at 7:45 AM. We live about 3 hours away and we were able to get to Morgantown before the snow storm. Great accommodations very close to the hospital. Will stay there when we have to be at Ruby Memorial again. »
