« My girlfriend and I have never been glamping before. We usually rough it and sleep in tents. The covered wagon was extremely rustic on the outside and then when you walked in, it was a five star hotel. The path from your car to the covered wagon is a little crooked, but a very easy walk We would absolutely stay here again. »

« My husband and I are retired and plan to travel at least once a month and stay in different places… We are used to sleeping in tents and hiking the Appalachian Trail so the accommodations in the covered wagon were five star to us… The bed was comfortable, and it was very clean and decorated nicely! Unfortunately, we went in December when it was cold and windy and we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful outside with the fire pit and the hot tub… But we will definitely be back for that! Do yourself...

« I been coming to this camp ground for over 20 years so I know what to expect wish the cabin had a tv but other then that it was a good weekend I would do it again the bug situation is something that comes with camping your outdoors but there was a lot of ants in the cabin once we sprayed they cleared right up which was good me and my family enjoyed our time there »

« This property was absolutely stunning. From the firepit to the outdoor bathroom, there is absolutely everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing, and private getaway. The ONLY thing I would fix, is I would go back when it is not chilly, as the heater did not warm the inside at all. But that's nitpicking, this property was phenomenal and we will definitely be back! »

« Great staff. Excellent communication. Room very nice. Clean. Spacious. New remodel. Modern farmhouse decor feel. The single issue I had was the loud heating system right next to my bed in my room. I got very little sleep and it put a big dent in my otherwise lovely stay. I had adjoining rooms with my son and grandkids, and it did not bother my son at all. Same sound in his room. He said it “lulled” him to sleep. Not me. LOL. So if you need quiet in order to sleep, maybe ask about a quieter...

« We had a great time at the shoe house for a girls weekend! We loved going into the hot tub in the snow. The coffee was stocked and we loved the home decor. Communication was great. Thanks for a wonderful time! »
