« This is one of the most thoughtful hosts. There was a pleasant welcome, thorough communications and notes. The property was fully furnished, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a binder with wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. It was conveniently located to the Olympic Training Center. We will definitely stay here again. »

« A weekend away spent up the hill from a few of our favorite places to eat and a 10 minute walk to the incline/barr trail. « Don’t say it’s a “shared” hot tub when there’s no other way into the backyard from this guesthouse. The hosts has a whole system of their Renjoy company set up as a 3rd party. They have their own 3rd party Renjoy website sent to you once it’s near the day of check in; info & rules of the house and stuff on there. « Had an excellent stay. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We were looking for a place that was close to Colorado Springs but wanted something that had a more rural feel and this unit did the trick. « I had the pleasure of spending the Christmas holidays at Black Bear Chateu in Colorado Springs. The home was beautiful and my host, Mary Louise, had decorated my home with Christmas lights and decorations which made me feel right at home. The property has everything you could ask for including bedroom, kitchen, televisions in the living room and bedroom and deer and turkeys that visited every morning. « Very clean and cozy cabin in the mountains. We were very happy with the location of this cabin! Very easy to get to other parks and attractions. The hot tub was amazing and the cabin stayed warm on the colder nights. The caretaker was very helpful and he took time to make sure our questions were answered. »
