The Space: Nestled in the heart of Downtown Charleston's sought-after Cannonborough neighborhood, this bespoke 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit effortlessly combines classic Charleston charm with vibrant bohemian allure. Situated on the second floor of a pastel pink residence reminiscent of Rainbow Row, this uniquely crafted space not only boasts stylish decor but also offers luxurious amenities.
Upon ascending a small set of stairs to the right side of the home, you'll be greeted by the entrance door adorned with a distinguished Carolopolis Award plaque, a testament to the preservation efforts that make Charleston's historic structures truly exceptional.
Stepping inside, a private stairwell leads you to the second-floor unit, where a welcoming living area awaits bathed in natural light. The living space seamlessly extends to a balcony, complete with a Smart TV tuned into Peacock Premium TV, providing access to your favorite shows, movies, live news, and sports. A dining table for four adds functionality to the area.
Adjacent to the living space, concealed behind an accent wall adorned with chic blue palm wallpaper, you'll discover the first of two bedrooms. Ideal for relaxation, work, or gearing up for a day of city exploration, this bedroom features a desk, king-size bed, full-length mirror, TV, ceiling fan, and an open closet. The nearby bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower with a refreshing rain shower head.
Continuing down the hall, the kitchen beckons with its striking design, boasting vibrant indigo walls, metallic artwork, sleek appliances, lacquered subway tile, and brushed gold hardware. This culinary haven provides access to the second bedroom, which showcases a cozy color palette, mounted TV, ceiling fan, king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen also leads to a versatile laundry room, complete with a full-size washer, dryer, ironing board, and refrigerator. Just beyond, the back door opens to an open-air stairwell, off-street parking, and a second balcony for guests to relish.
Your designated parking space awaits in the gravel lot behind the property, clearly marked with your unit number, ensuring convenience and ease during your stay in this enchanting and impeccably appointed Charleston residence.
From the Airbnb map provided, you can see we are close to the Septima P. Clark Parkway so guest may experience some traffic noise. We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!
*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
