Peaceful & Clean Waterfront Suite on the Lake Norman Main Channel

This suite has a private entrance from the garage. Suite is located above the garage, the main house is a one story, the private suite is upstairs by itself with no wall directly connected to the home. There is no interaction with the main house. The suite has an adjustable split Tempur-Pedic king bed that is so amazingly comfortable! The bed has white cotton sheets with laundered duvet cover. Suite also has an electric fireplace. Cozy table/desk overlooking the front garden. Perfect for dining or a workspace. Suite also has a futon for extra room and a 40" Smart TV. Please see photos and all the amenities. Why will you fall in love with this listing.... We give our guests full use of the waterfront. Home is located on the Main Channel. What does this mean? You are not in a cove, water is nice and views of the lake are amazing. Our dock sits on water that is 25+ feet deep. A perfect location to fish. We even have fishing poles available in the garage. The guest boat slip always has deep water and has an electrical outlet for charging on fishing boats. The dock is well maintained and in beautiful condition. The covered dock has comfortable wicker seating, small propane grill, mini fridge, WIFI mesh router, and a google mini that will play your favorite music. This is great to enjoy year round rain or shine. If you get up early and head to the dock the sunrise is beautiful. We have a beautiful paved road that is great for a morning or afternoon walk! Come and enjoy all the scenery! We provide two kayaks and 2 paddle boards at no charge. Unfortunately we do not allow the boat ramp at the property to be used to load and unload boats, PWCs or trailers. There are two public ramps just a few miles away. . Pinnacle Access and McCrary / Queens Landing access. You are welcome to relax in the lounge chairs on the boat ramp Just to confirm... We do have a guest limit of two people as this is for peaceful getaways, we only allow registered guests to come to the property. Due to the fact we have two Golden Retrievers we do not allow pets. We do not surcharge for anything or have any hidden fees. We also charge a very reasonable cleaning fee.

My favorite place
I loved the family, the water, and the bed! Who gets a Tempurpedic at a VRBO rental? You do here! They were so hospitable and greatly enjoyed the paddle board on the water. Thank you, Nicole.

Fabulous!
Words simply cannot describe how much we enjoyed our visit and how amazing this property is! The suite is extremely clean and well appointed and the attention to details is superb. It has everything you need! The bed is super comfy! The location is private and the property and dock are absolutely beautiful! Our host, Nicole is awesome! She is so sweet and helpful and made sure everything was perfect. We met the fur babies who are so adorable and sweet. We are looking so forward to many more visits to this property!

We stayed for 3 nights in August and it was fantastic. We have stayed in many, many, other places and this one was one of the best, if not the best place we have stayed. Everything was done to the highest quality including the suite and the outdoor amenities. It was hard to leave this peaceful, beautiful oasis but we will be back again soon. Nicole is the best hostess!

The room above the garage was perfect. The big windows with the lake view and the garden view made it seem bigger than it actually was. With an amazing king size bed, nice bathroom and an adequate kitchenette, cleverly set up in the walk-in closet, you had everything you needed.

Fabulous Waterfront Suite
This is an awesome lakefront suite. Everything was clean and neat. The suite had everything you would need. Nicole and Michael were there for anything else we needed. This is a 10/10 accommodation. The dock at the waterfront is covered with colorful lighting. It has WiFi, a TV, fan, gas grill, refrigerator, and plenty of comfortable seating. We hope to go there again next year.

This was our halfway stop to a family vacation in Ocean Isle before the madness starts. lol. Was very impressed with the beautiful view of the lake, amenities, cleanliness, location…. And just everything. Thank you for such a peaceful retreat.

Very relaxing stay..Nicole is very sweet..Lake was perfect we enjoyed just floating. Had Dinner at Blue Parrot very good nice outside sitting. Dinner at Duckworth also very good.. I would recommend bringing paper plates & plastic silerware..There is dishes but have to wash in bathroom sink..Love the coffee cups she had...Plenty of K cups provided . We would differently stay here again...The only down side was our last day Mayflies came out☹️.. Thank you again Nicole & Michael for sharing your ( Love Shack) It's a beautiful room comfy bed ..even a view of lake. very good

Beautiful Get Away
We had a delightful one night stay on the lake with Nicole and Michael as our hosts. We used the grill and enjoyed our evening on the dock, and enjoyed taking out the kayaks. It’s a wonderful place close enough to Charlotte to make it easy to get to, yet different enough to feel like you’re really away.

Wonderful Lake Norman Experience
This property provided a wonderful relaxing get away for my husband and myself. Nicole was a great hostess and the room had everything we needed! We especially enjoyed the dock with its lake view, comfy furniture, cool fan, and refrigerator for our drinks. My husband caught a fish off the dock. Definitely will plan to come back!

Lovely suite, very well appointed with everything you might need and incredible use of the space. Bright and airy, with easy access to beach area and lovely dock. We made use of owners kayaks and had a great time swimming in the lake. Cannot recommend this place more.

Great Last Minute Getaway
I wanted to surprise my son with a last minute getaway to Lake Norman for July 4th and this rental became available for the night. My main concern was making sure I could figure out getting the boat to/from the marina to the house as I didn't have anyone else that could drive the boat or my trailer. Even though I ended up to keeping the trailer at the marina for the one night, Nicole made sure to check with me and offer help, should I need the help. We got the lake prior to checkin and Nicole was once again, amazing as she let us in the room before check-in so that my son could get changed really fast. It was such a cute place to stay with everything that we needed. The location was also away from the busy areas of the lake which was a huge bonus! I will definitely be back and look forward to seeing Nicole again! Thank you again Nicole for everything!

PERFECT GET-AWAY
This place was 100% exactly as I pictured it would be. --Friendly people -Safe -Relaxing -Comfortable -Kayaking when I wanted -Fishing when my husband wanted Nicole was extremely quick at responding to any questions that we had. Our flight got cancelled on way out, not getting us in until 3am. Nicole messaged to check in on us and then told us she left the lights on for us so we could easily check in. I hope we get the chance to stay there again! In the top 3 of my favorite VRBOs we have ever stayed in.
