« Great cabin in a great location. Well appointed with everything we needed. Only wish there was one more bedroom. There's plenty of great gathering space in the great room, the screened porch and big deck, but only 2 bedrooms. The loft provides a third bed, but it's a steep climb. « Beautiful location, but in need of repair, cleaning and updating. Floors, windowsills needed to be cleaned as well as stove and oven. Blinds in bedrooms not operable. Advertised primary bedroom with a renovated walk in shower, old tub instead. Numerous exposed nail heads on steps leading into the lake - dangerous. Kayaks were not usable - broken/missing backs. Outdoor areas were not clean with ripped and/or dirty cushions. Not stocked with quality consumables. Could be a great rental if listed...

« My boyfriend, brother, and his fiancée all decided to stay here last minute after our other plans fell through due to the unfortunate and unexpected devastation of Hurricane Helene. We were very lucky to have found ourselves in the hospitality of such a lovely gem.
