Only thing for me in terms of improvements is the rooms could do with an update, bathroom was lovely and looked recently refurbished but the bedroom was a little dated, maybe an upgraded bed and TV (and I appreciate we're in the most beautiful place in Wales so who needs a TV but after a long day of hiking I know I love to kick back and chill out, especially when it's February and too cold to sit out) and nowadays most hotel rooms have smart...

« We really enjoyed our stay, from booking to checkout the staff were attentive and helpful. I phoned to request a walk in shower for my elderly nan in 1 room and they sorted it straight away, also making sure we were in rooms next to each other. The bar was lovely, breakfast even better and the rooms had everything you could ask for, nothing had been left out with a lovely view on top. It was walkable to everything and we had a lovely stay. Only tiny downside is no parking, but that's what old...

Les installations de spa sont excellentes et les horaires d’ouverture / fermeture sont très accueillants pour les lève-tôt et les soirées de détente après une journée chargée. L'emplacement est parfait pour le front de mer et les zones commerçantes. Parking indispensable à Llandudno! Je reviendrai. »

« Got to say, a terrific find. We only stopped for the one night but would undoubtedly return for a longer visit. Great location, excellent staff (who obviously understand the concept of customer service!) and a swift service at breakfast with good quality produce AND a decent coffee to boot. Only (minor) whinge would be single beds in the twin room which had an incline but not so much that the issue was worthy of complaint. Pay the extra for a sea view I would suggest, well worth...

« Choisi pour la piscine et le jacuzzi, en fait c'était juste des jets dans un côté de la piscine donc même température à savoir très froide ! Sauna tout juste chaud. La vue sur la mer de la chambre à partir d'une petite fenêtre entre deux murs et non d'un " bow window" plus panoramique était le minimum...au moins le petit déjeuner , avec prise de commande donc varié, était très bon. »

« We could not recommend this hotel & spa more. It was exceptional from start to finish. Decor of the hotel was beautiful. Spa was fabulous and treatments were amazing. Loved the afternoon tea. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The food at Palm Court was exceptional. »
