Fantastic location and experience!
A beautiful, fun stay at the beach. Communication with host, ease of access to condo, cleanliness was outstanding. Cant wait to stay at this condo while visiting Cocoa Beach again!

Great stay
We had a really nice time. We would definitely stay here again. The overall property was very clean, the pool was great and being close to the beach was wonderful. We forgot our son’s boogie board, so it was a nice surprise to find one in the closet, along with lots of other beach items. The only issue was a musty smell when we arrived, I don’t know why because everything appeared very clean. We used some plug in air fresheners and that helped.

My granddaughter and her friend and myself had a wonderful time during our stay. The shops and pier were just minutes away and the food was spectacular. We were right on the beach! We will definitely be back!

Great view and walk to the beach
It was great to see the beach, ocean from the balcony and a short walk to get to the beach. The unit is on the 4th floor but there are elevators. Short drive to grocery store and everything in Cocoa Beach. There is a closet full of beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels, etc, so no need to bring those.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Located right on the beach and in a good location within Cocoa Beach. It could use updating but we had no complaints other than it would be nice to have exit requirements printed out in the unit. We would stay there again.

Amazing Stay
The apt was really lovely and has lots of towels (which is a great asset when staying at the beach). The patio overlooks both the pool and the ocean and is a great place to have either a morning coffee or an afternoon wine :) We loved the pool and the super short distance to the beach. We were also very fortunate to view 3 separate rocket launches during our stay (tip: the little bridge walkway down to the beach is the perfect place to view the rocket launches). Overall a lovely holiday!!!

First time at Cocoa Beach
The days we spent at Cocoa Beach were wonderful. The beach is beautiful and the location and walk to the beach and pool from condo 45 was easy. The elevator closest to our condo stopped working about two days in. This wasn’t a problem until checkout. The condo itself was nice, kitchen had everything you need. Remember to bring extra toilet paper, dish and laundry soap. Door to the balcony is difficult to open from the outside. When it rained, and it did heavily, the rain pours in from under the front door. Be careful it can get slippery. we had a puddle and had to put towels down. Also, the shower nozzle in the main shower sprays from where it is screwed on. It sprays out over the shower door and literally gets everything on the toilet, sink, mirror, wall, and ceiling soaked. I didn’t notice until after my shower because I’m short and it is dark in there. Other than that it was wonderful. We don’t normally come to this part of Florida but it was quiet and great for families. Don’t forget your flashlight with the red light if you want to go out on the beach at night so you don’t disturb the turtles. We didn’t have any.

This is a very nice place to stay, clean, friendly people, all the sand goodie’s you couldn’t ever need( chairs, toys, games, umbrellas, and beach towels) We loved it i would highly recommend this unit! Ps pool very clean and good location!

We loved our stay here! Great little place for a family with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The only thing I would improve on is the master bed...pretty rough and very used. We hope to rent here again!

Adequate, not great
Location was great - we love the Spanish Main. This unit is lacking some basic items that made for lots of ongoing inconveniences. We strongly suggest replacing the mattresses (two people slept on mattresses only one night and then moved to the couch they were so uncomfortable); there were no bath mats, no top sheets on twin beds (only a fitted sheet and the comforter); no ice trays in the freezer, and it lacked some easy basics like salt & pepper or coffee filters in the kitchen. Everything was "fine," but for the price, we were disappointed.

Spanish Main on Cocoa Beach
We had a great stay. Condo was very clean, with a sunrise view from the balcony! Although "updated", the property still had original cabinets and fixtures. Unit was very clean, and everything worked properly. Plenty of beach chairs and pool floats was a great bonus. Pool was clean and warm. Got to see a rocket launch from the beach! Several restaurants within walking distance was great too!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. We would love to go back. The location is near everything, even walking to restaurants and shops, and especially to the sand. The view from the 4th floor was beautiful.

Relaxing staying at condo 45
This property looks exactly as described. Very comfortable with anything you might need and beyond. The view of the beach behind the pool provides and excellent panorama while on the balcony. We had to slightly change our plans by updating our staying due to hurricane Nicole and the owner was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We strongly recommend this property.

Great Escape
We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Steps to the beach and pool. We loved sitting out on our deck each morning with a cup of coffee and watching the ocean waves. Very relaxing atmosphere but close to restaurants and nightlife. We would highly recommend this property.

Great place and location
My sister and I decided to stay in this unit. It was clean spacious and with great views. While other units are more updated this simple unit was enough for us. The only downside there are no a/c vents in the bedrooms and while during our stay it was comfortable, I would suspect that anything above 85 would be an uncomfortable sleep. Outside of this the grounds are great and the location absolutely ideal. We’ll definitely stay here again if traveling during milder temps.
