« We were a family of 11 people with kids ranging from Ages 6 to 13. We had an amazing time staying here. The property was well-maintained, cleaned, and calm. Communication with the host was amazing too. And all the amenities provided at the property were top-notch. I can't ask for more when staying away from home in an excellent home. »

« This house is great for a family. There was plenty of space (8 adults) with things on site to do. Everyone loved fishing or just watching the water in the backyard. Having games in the garage was a hit. The beach although not far was a car ride for us, personally. We only have two things to note. The bunk bed mattresses are not adult friendly, not enough support. And we would have liked more fans in the house. Overall this house is worth a visit. »

« Location is awesome - close to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and: the beach! Literally a 5 minute walk. Appreciated the water bottles, bag of ice and snacks in condo upon arrival. Super fast communication with the host. Main reason we booked this place was proximity to beach and beach gear/bikes. We didn’t have to bring anything for the beach. Would def rent again! »

« This place was really clean when we arrived. The house was splendide. Chad was really easy to communicate with, he responded really fast. The beach was easy to access. The neighbourhood was calm. It was really a joy to live there. Amazing place. Amazing week. The kids love the place and dont stop talking about how nice the place was. « This house was perfect for our family! All 6 of us stayed before a cruise, 4 adults, 2 children and had plenty of room for all. Plenty of games were available that came in handy during a thunderstorm. The hosts were exceptional when responding to my inquiries. Would definitely stay there again, perhaps for more than one night. »

« We had an amazing time staying at this property! It was VERY clean and had everything you would need for a beach rental! Also, the AC worked amazing! Hahahah I was worried about that and was looking for that in the reviews and couldn’t find it. Some beach people love the cool breeze and don’t love AC, I’m a midwestern and pregnant so that was not on my list! AC was amazing and they had a working ceiling fan in every room as well!
