The Space:
Welcome to our spacious single-level three-bedroom house! The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, and bedside lamps for added comfort. In the second bedroom, you'll find a cozy queen bed, bedside lamps, and extra blankets for chilly nights. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, perfect for families or larger groups. Our fully equipped kitchen has all the cookware essentials you need for meal preparation. The living room is inviting with ample seating and a 55" Smart TV for entertainment. Enjoy high-speed wifi up to 200 Mbps throughout the house. Unwind in the game room equipped with a pool and ping pong table for endless fun. Parking is a breeze with up to 10 spaces available in the driveway, RV-friendly. Refresh in the full bathroom stocked with towels and soaps, and take advantage of the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. Outside, relax on the private patio complete with a BBQ grill and a hot tub that comfortably fits 7 persons. Experience ultimate comfort and entertainment during your stay with us!

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.

House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: The Primary Guest or the person booking must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate the reservation if you do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

NO SMOKING is allowed INSIDE. Smoking is permitted outside, and we have provided a receptacle for your convenience.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Portable AC unit - best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Experience the country life with all the comforts
This place is a perfect location for you and your family to experience the country life out west. It has everything you would expect from a country setting. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal or warm up leftovers. The hot tub was a nice bonus. But the best part was the view of the mountains and the gorgeous horses in the neighboring field. The horses would come to the fence and look at us, and we would spend hours watching them. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The views of the distant mountains were absolutely breathtaking. Some of the things I liked most were the fast internet, the hot tub, the gorgeous views, and the big fenced-in yard, which provided privacy for us to just have fun and make wonderful memories. 5/5 stars ..
