DON’T STAY HERE
I booked this vrbo months in advance because there was a big event in Columbia going on that weekend. I wanted to make the experience for me and my friends flying into town easy and accessible. The host had cancelled our reservation 3 days prior to our stay, leaving us with NO housing and all booked up vrbos in the area. Later to find the host did not only leave out the reasoning behind cancellation, but listed her SAME house/address on a different platform to make more money. Not only is this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to any vrbo customer, but a misrepresentation of what vrbo SHOULD stand for. All in all, the reasoning behind this cancellation was merely for selfish reasons of the host to make a bigger profit. I would recommend not staying here if you want a STABLE and secure place to stay in Columbia. Which is all customers can ask for to make travel less stressful. Huge disappointment.

Clean, modern, and great location
Really clean, comfortable townhouse in a location close to many things to do. Within 10 min drive to USC and the River Walk. A few blocks from several great restaurants on Devine. The Cinnamon Roll Deli and Backstreets were two of our favorites.

Wonderful Townhome in Great Location
This very clean and comfortable townhome is located in a great neighborhood with coffee shops nearby. It's also very easy to drive downtown. There is a nice deck in the back for enjoying coffee or a glass of wine.

Cola visit
Great location, minutes from campus and Five Points. We walked around the cute neighborhood and to several restaurants. The townhouse was clean and the air conditioner was AWESOME! I would definitely recommend staying here and will book again in the future.

Very comfortable and convenient location. Only drawbacks were no functioning outlet in the bathroom (had to plug hair dryer in outlet around door in the bedroom) and no lights on back deck to parking area.

Everything went smoothly with reservations, check in, and check out. Cute place and had the basic accommodations we needed. The only negative we can share, is the long stream of trains that came through around 4 am. If you have small children, this could be a potential problem. Otherwise, it was perfect for our short trip.

The location was great. The house was very clean and neat. Very nice all the Appliances were Up-to-date .The hose was superb. Easy to contact very easy-going very friendly. Also, the neighborhood is full of nice restaurants and places that are close by like Museums shopping plaza. Grateful a family vacation

Over all the place is beautiful. Needs lighting at the gate and entry door. Very hard to see the numbers on the locks. I think there should be a small TV in the downstairs room. And last but not least more handles that dont move in the shower. If your young great place. Not built for older people.

No communication
After booking this location over a month in advance, paying the full amount, and trying to get a code to check in from the airport, I and Vrbo support was unable to reach the company I paid to get the check in information in time, so I had to pay for a hotel room. Someone contacted me at 10:30 PM to let me know the door code, at which point it was too late, we were already checked in to hotel. If I don’t get my full refund, I’ll be contacting the BBB and a lawyer for recompense. Worst experience with VRBO ever.

Overall a nice place
Overall a nice place. Decorated nicely. Good amount of space for the 3 of us. Ok neighborhood. Would not call it exceptional. Half bathroom a/c vent is covered in mold. Even with a/c on it was humid inside. Batteries need replacing in one of the remote controls; had to swap batteries between the 2 remotes to work the tv. Full bath rug was very wet upon our arrival- we did not feel comfortable using it.

Perfect!
My husband and I were traveling with our two dogs. The home and neighborhood were perfect for the situation. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, had nice sidewalks for walking the dogs and the nearby Burger 77 tavern has a pet friendly patio. The home was clean. Check in/out were easy and the host was responsive. We would stay here again!

Beautiful getaway in Columbia
We absolutely loved our stay on King St. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable with sidewalks everywhere. Multiple restaurants and shops just a walk or short drive away. The property was lovely and very comfortable. We felt like we were home. This will be our go to stop anytime we are in Columbia or passing through.

Great place and location!
The house was exactly as pictured. It was a great stay for me, my boyfriend, and our two Pomeranians. The house was clean and the area was quiet. The house is right by Five points and Devine street where there’s lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping.
