Water St is a one-way street provided for residents of the street, perfect for walking early mornings or sunsets. For the fishing enthusiast, there is no need to travel! Wade fish right out the front of the home. Aransas Bay offers redfish, drum, trout and more. Night flounder gigging is a popular sport along Water Street. The water is shallow up to about 900 feet in most areas. Crabbing is another fun activity enjoyed by all, and a crab trap is available for guest use. Clean your catch at the covered fish-cleaning station and take it to a local restaurant where they will prepare your daily catch.

Included in the amenities is a custom pool with a spa, a tanning ledge with interior pool loungers, pool side dining, a lighted pier with night fishing lights, and a charming lighted tropical Palapa with bayside dining. If you need to get out of the sun, we offer covered spaces as well as covered decking with plenty of seating. Enjoy outdoor living on the spacious second-floor deck with numerous tables and charming Adirondack chairs for everyone, including children. Aransas Bay Retreat has a spectacular panoramic view of the bay from every room. No attention to detail was left undone in this coastal chic home. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen with custom pull-out shelves, full pantry, high-end stainless-steel appliances, huge quartz island perfect for a large gathering and numerous cabinets make the kitchen perfect for any group, large or small. The main living area of this home features a large open area with an extra-large sectional and a smart TV. The dining area features a table seating eight, an island bar seating four and a children’s table for four. The kitchen is spacious and open and comes with a separate utility room with a pantry. There are two washing machines and two dryers for your use—one set in the tackle room on the first floor and the second set on the main floor in the utility room. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a smart TV and a large en suite bathroom with an amazing shower! You will be tempted to stay in there for too long. The main floor secondary bedroom offers a king bed and a smart TV. Both bedrooms offer custom top-down/bottom-up room darkening shades.

On the third floor, you will find a spacious open-concept bedroom with an amazing view of the bay! The room includes a remote open/close shutter system for the double doors offering privacy along with top-down/bottom-up room darkening shades for the windows. This bedroom is equipped with a king bed, a queen bed and a twin bunkbed with trundle. The room sleeps seven comfortably, and there is even room for playpens for infants. The third-floor bathroom is stunning with custom cabinetry, stonework, and a walk-in shower with a freestanding tub. There are extra 8x10 lighted mirrors on stands available for guests to spread out and avoid waiting for bathroom/mirror time. This bedroom also has a smart TV.
