The Space:
Upon entry through the digital keypad-secured front door, you'll be greeted by two plush living spaces, twin dining areas, and a fully-functional kitchen equipped with all the essentials.
The first living and dining ensemble, situated to the right of the entrance, showcases a capacious sofa with a chaise lounge, a pair of armchairs, and a dining set that accommodates six.
Opening into the kitchen is the second living room featuring two cozy sofas, a duo of chairs, and a 70-inch SmartTV for your entertainment. The kitchen is a cook's dream, flaunting abundant counter space for meal preparation, seating for casual dining, major appliances, and necessary cookware. An extra dining table ensures six more seats for larger gatherings.
Venture left through the kitchen to discover a half bath, a dedicated entertainment room with a ping pong table, and a quiet bedroom adorned with a queen bed and a bunk bedroom. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the garage adjacent to the entertainment room. Enjoy limitless fun with our arcade machine, set to free play for both kids and adults, no quarters required!
From the second living space, a hallway to the left guides you to four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds, while the fourth, the master suite, tempts with a king bed, a quaint seating area furnished with two chairs, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. A dual vanity, shower/tub combo bathroom is shared between the bedrooms for ease and convenience.
Embrace outdoor living in the fully-fenced backyard, equipped with a patio, a table with chairs for alfresco dining, and a grill for BBQ enthusiasts. Set against the backdrop of the ocean, your perfect beach city stay awaits in Corpus Christi.
While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. HOT TUB: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death. Guests are required to place the hot tub cover back on the hot tub when it is not in use to prevent water from spraying out from the jets.
Please note that all hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

There is parking on the street by the front door. There is a gated off-street with space for 4 vehicles if needed.
