« We had such a lovely stay in Susan’s guest suite while bringing my daughter to tour Bowdoin. Incredibly clean with a very comfortable bed and lots of thoughtful touches (including an ice cold Diet Coke in the mini-fridge, which my teen really appreciated). Thank you! »

« Logement très bien situé dans la campagne. Calme reposant. Nécessite un véhicule pour se déplacer afin de visiter cette très belle region. Très beau loft Attention il n'y a qu'une seule pièce sdb Pas de tv. Logement attenant à la maison entrée autonome. L'appartement est accessible par un escalier privé. Logement parfait pour 1 couple. Très bien aménagé et spacieux . Accès possible a l'extérieur et aucune difficulté pour se garer devant la maison. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. »

« The stay was unfortunately related to a family medical emergency but the unit provided just what we needed. The main floor is tight but the loft bedroom is very spacious. The view is wonderful, though it is close to Route 1 so a little noisy with road noise while sitting on back deck »

« Because VRBO made it impossible to update my email address, I did not receive the latest news from the owner that she had changed the code on the door lock. That meant calling to get help before we could enter. because we were there in the off season, we were able to park in a space near the unit. In high season having to park 3blocks away is not ideal. Unit very clean and comfortable. entrance not welcoming. »

« Perfect location- super comfortable interior/secure exterior. Easy to follow instructions and assist from Rob - when washer would not function. Apartment super clean in all respects- except for the front load washer. We gave encountered this issue twice before in other Vbros. We counted on washing/ refreshing our clothes for our remainder of trip. The washer rubber gasket was black with mold and detergent drawer- necessary cleaning before use. Then the door mechanism would not lock to...

« This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Cozy Cabin. I just wanted to get away for reading and accomplished my goal! I love that there isn’t a TV, but there is WiFi. The fridge is great capacity and the microwave and oven are perfect. There is a grocery store less than 15 minutes away if you’re like me and just want to stay in. Barbara and John leave a great welcome message. I’ll be staying here again when I want a quiet getaway! »
