« View was perfect! Hard to get down to the beach though for my husband with limited mobility. Well maintained but appliances are outdated. Burners are so crooked that my pancakes came out lopsided. One of the reasons I booked this property was to listen to the waves at night. However, the refridgerator was so loud I couldn't hear them. It also vibrated the floor. Felt like the old magic fingers beds. T-Fal pans are also scarred. »

« This is a beautiful property with jaw dropping views. It is very well equipped. We thought the layout was a bit awkward and the furniture in our unit was too big for the space but those things didn’t detract from our enjoyment of this lovely property. »

« As we pulled into the magnificent ocean palace, we were greeted by a Frenchman riding his velo/bicycle. He greeted us pleasantly in his broken-English and provided us with a tour of our rooms. Well, truth be told, it was Patrick, one of the owners, goofing with us. He broke character to show us around our accommodations perched on the ocean's edge with a paradise view. « The property is just beautiful. From the private beach, tide pools, sunsets on the deck, to watching the beautiful pine trees swaying in the cool breeze from the suite in the morning light. It is a great place to get away and relax. Great location, very clean, the host is accessible and very kind. »

« Husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We found the unit spacious, impeccably clean, extremely well stocked, and the furnishings felt new. Location was awesome -- quiet neighborhood, open areas nearby with deer to watch, one minute drive to beach/grocery store, easy access to Samuel Boardman area, and an elementary school across the street to bring happy energy during the day. « It was nice and clean, comfortable and accommodating. Parking is on street and neighbors are not happy when you park in front of their house, the spot in front of the rental was occupied by a car all week with out moving so it's essentially impossible not to park in front of a neighboring home. After the neighbor told me to move my car, I used the driveway, since there was no one I in the front house most of the week. »

« We have enjoyed many Oregon places up and down the coast, but by far this is the best yet!! Clean, quiet, comfortable bed and beautiful views from inside the dining area and bedroom. Even more views and comfy seating inside the quiet library! »

« This apartment is nicely laid out and well furnished and equipped..Everything works. And the kids in the neighborhood were friendly on our walks to the nearby beach. The location was near the core of Brookings for dining and shopping and what have you, but far enough away to keep the apartment quiet inside and out. Just right for a couple of retirees. »

« The view was so amazing. It was stormy and cold but I still felt surrounded by the ocean. Bathroom had heated floors that made such a difference after being outside. Love it! »

« Wow, we can’t say enough about how beautiful the view is here. We enjoyed thanksgiving dinner with a stunning view of the coastline. We were grateful that the house was well stocked and had everything we needed to make a big meal. We also LOVED the beach access - at low tide we found tide pools full of star fish and explored caves. Our 7.5 year old loved it. »
