INDOOR LIVING: This spacious home features a open floor plan, high ceilings, 5 total LARGE flat-screen TVs (1 in each bedroom), the great room TV is a 70" LG Smart TV, a 10-person dining table (you can all eat together), 4-person eat-in countertop, extra breakfast table for four, two recliners for children, the great room has plenty of space for your 10 guests with a large u-sectional seating (perfect for playing games!) plus another sitting area with a couch, love seat, and 2 oversized chairs, all with modern decor.

There are plenty of board games, such as Sorry, Monopoly, Cage Bingo, Uno, Checkers, Backgammon, playing cards, also a Ms. Pac-Man console gaming table all for your enjoyment. The home is supplied with books for all different ages and subjects.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, granite counters with beautiful waterfall features on both ends of a very large island, 2 large sinks, blender, coffee maker, toaster, spices, pots, pans, enough dishes for 20 people! No need to bring shot glasses, champagne glasses, wine glasses or children’s dinnerware, it is all supplied.

GENERAL: Brand New, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Oven, Microwave, Floors, Light Fixtures, Ceiling Fans, Wine & Beer Cooler.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered patio with sectional couch, plus additional chairs and a propane BBQ grill to cook your catch of the day. There is an 8ft picnic table for dining outside. There is also a fire-pit with surrounding seating to roast your s’mores. Plus additional seating areas and a 2 person hammock to relax in under the Big Oak Trees.
Explore the woods with nature trails in your backyard. Turkeys, foxes and deer are common sightings.
Outdoor games include Cornhole, giant Jenga, Ladder Toss game, football, Soccer ball, dodgeball, Giant Yard Pong game, Yard Checkers, plus much more! Kids and adults will be entertained.

CHILDREN: The house comes with a playpen, high chair, two child sized recliners, dishes, cups and utensils for kids as well as books.

Lovely spacious home
Evacuated from home at the last minute and very happy to find this listing available. As soon a I booked my reservation I was in contact with the host throughout the storm. She went out of her way keeping me updated on the notifications coming in from the county on the status of the watches, warnings & areas of concern. After the storm passed we were able to enjoy the comforts this home has to offer. Very quiet neighborhood, spacious home with many areas to relax and spend time with family. I would love to return for a quiet retreat.

I’ve booked with VRBO for the last 12 years, and this property, by far, stands out as one of the very best! There were 8 of us cousins (female, in our 50’s) staying here to spend a weekend catching up as a reunion and to see the manatees. We enjoyed the hot tub on chili nights, as well as the well placed heater, and awesome fire pit. The open floor plan made for nice gather spots for us all to chit chat…..and the bedrooms set up was all we needed. The beds made for a comfy sleep and that kitchen……wow! We were able to cook our meals there every night. We highly recommend the Biscuit Barn for breakfast as well as The Tea House for lunch……the owner had such a thoughtful gift waiting for us there from the Tea House. Also, the Pizza Joint in Dunnelon was fantastic! Everyone in Crystal River area are true examples of Southern Hospitality you’d expect, especially Charity…..this property’s owner.

Great house! Excellent amenities! Had everything our family needed and more. We had a large group so we cooked a lot. Kitchen is wonderfully stocked. Fire pit was great and enjoyed sitting on the back patio. Favorite thing in the area for us was tubing down Rainbow Springs. Charity was a easy to reach and a great host!

Beautiful home in a great quiet location.
Just like the pictures. Extremely clean home. The family loved the peace and quiet and wildlife that visited us daily. The host checked to make sure we got in ok and if there was anything else we needed. We brought our 22 ft boat plus kayaks with no issues. Very accommodating for our needs. Would highly recommend this home!!

Quiet Location Great for Groups - Swim with Manatees!
This home is absolutely fantastic! A large "great room" that is plenty of space for a larger group. We had 4 adults and 3 pre-teens and we all felt like we had plenty of room to relax without feeling like we were on top of each other. Large, comfortable rooms with all the necessities. The bathrooms and laundry room are all clean and adequately stocked. The kitchen has lots of counter space, is clean, and is not cramped. The backyard space is lovely and has everything you could want to relax, or if you are looking for some fun, Charity provides a ton of outdoor yard games. The home didn't come with beach towels or a cooler, but Charity graciously offered to lend her own personal beach towels and cooler for us to use and dropped them off on the night before our first beach day. She also text some recommendations for local sightseeing and dining. We HIGHLY recommend checking out Crumps Landing for lunch or dinner, they have such an awesome atmosphere and the food and drinks are great as well. If you have kids, try to go on Wednesday night because they have "Kids Night" with face painting and a DJ. The house is about 10-15 minutes from Crystal River's main downtown. We also highly recommend booking a swim with manatee tour with Fun 2 Dive, they are fantastic! All around wonderful vacation, thank you Charity!

Spacious and Modern Home in a Beautiful Secluded Area
This rental is even more beautiful in person! We had a group of 10 and we all had a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are very large, and we loved how open the kitchen and living room felt! We could be cooking, watching a movie, playing cards around the dining table, and still feel all together. The backyard is HUGE, and we definitely enjoyed playing some outdoor games and throwing the football around. The fire pit was great for making s'mores and enjoying the cool evening around the fire. The large hammock was also a fan favorite with my group. Charity was more than helpful, and super attentive to anything we needed. You won't regret staying here!

Great place for a great time
The house was just as described if not better. It was comfortable, clean, and accommodating. We ranged in ages from 2-68 and everyone had their favorite part of the property. Just close enough to Crystal River to be in the middle of everything, but far enough out to feel like you were away from the bustle. Highly recommend.

House was beautiful and amazing. We are a family of 10 and everyone had a great time. The property is up to date, spacious and clean. It feels like your in the middle of no where but in reality your only 10 minutes from town. Lots of privacy which we liked. We had no issue’s with crime or unfriendly people. House is fully stocked with everything you will need to include cooking, dining, cleaning, linen, games etc. Charity is amazing, very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable about the area. We stayed here for a scalloping trip. Plenty of room for a 25’ tritoon, truck and minivan. Lots of good restaurants within 10-15 minute drive. Multiple boat ramps 10-20 min drive. I would recommend Pete’s Pier boat ramp. Wawa is on the way for daily ice, fuel, beer, drinks, snacks etc and is literally 3 minutes from the boat ramp. Pete’s Pier is a big, spacious fresh water boat ramp next to the springs, and only 15-20 minutes enjoyable boat ride to the gulf. Crystal river is very navigable with no pucker factors that Homosassa has. In my opinion crystal river is much more enjoyable and relaxing for boat operators. You can hang out in the springs, swim with manatees, snorkel, fish etc. If you don’t have a boat you can rent boats, kayaks or take a charter for anything you want to do. I highly recommend this VRBO, area and Charity. We will definitely be back for future scalloping/fishing trips.

This property was perfect for our party of 10. Hostess was attentive and responsive. Nothing was missing from this home and everyone was very comfortable. All appliances, plenty of space and great backyard w/ grille. Games and books too! Great location to numerous boat ramps with ample parking (scalloping- we started our days early). There is room to park your boat/trailer as well as your car. We would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was very clean, private and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic so great for walking/running. Right near the hiking trails near the damn and Lake Rousseau and the path down the barge canal to the gulf. Still close enough to town but also nice little get away.

It's all here. Beautiful, modern home. Comfortable and inviting. Our twin 1 1/2 year old grand babies had run of the home in complete safety. Charity went out of her way to assure our stay was wonderful. The fireplace, bbq and Ms. Pacman game were big hits with our group. We would definitely return here again to create even more wonderful memories.

This home was very spacious, clean, and had everything we could hope to use for our long weekend. We didn't get a chance to use the nice, private yard but saw there were games and furniture. We did sit outside and watch a storm and the turkeys that came into the yard after.
