Inexpensive, adequate room, courteous staff
The staff was speedy and courteous, helpful when I had trouble with my key. The room was clean but was dated and felt damp and smelled musty. The price was very low, and the condition of the room and other customers reflected this, but it was not someplace I felt comfortable as an older woman traveling alone. Fine for a quick overnight and convenient to the business I had in town.

i had made a reservation online and by mistake picked the wrong hotel. the hotel was suppose to be closer then it was. it was not even 30 minutes. i called the hotel, they refuse to give me a refund because it was for the same night. no compensation or anything. horrible customer service

Toilet did not work. No water at the second room.
The room's toilet didn't work. Half an hour later, they gave me another room, this time water was cut off.

Nasty, nasty, nasty! Front desk associates were not friendly. I do not think a thing has been cleaned in years!

Not even worth the price you pay.
Place is very nasty.I would not allow children to stay there. Floors were filthy, and luckily I brought my own bedding. Had to wear shoes the entire time, wish I had flip flops for the shower. Room smelled like smoke and was musty. I do not think the floors had been swept, or cleaned in years. Front desk associates were not very friendly, or helpful.

The hotel did not have breakfast as the ad said. There is a flier fly around plus a bug flying around.

You Get What You Pay For
I did not expect a 4-star hotel for such a low price. It was about what I expected and great for the price. There wasn't a lot of water pressure, and the pull out bed bedding was threadbare. But we got a night's sleep for less than $20/person in the room. If it weren't for cheap hotels my karate school would not be able to travel to so many tournaments every year.

I could not find anything good about this hote.
Rooms are very outdated, beds are old, could feel springs when I laid down, bedding was old and dis colored, carpet was old and dirty looking, bathroom was very small, shower curtain had mildew on it, bathtub looked dirty. The continental breakfast was water down coffee, and old cereal, 2 kinds only, and "Tampico" juice. Also, the only ice machine in the building was broken, so no ice available.

OK for the money, I guess.....
Pretty old hotel and it is showing its age. I requested and was given a "no smoking" room but it was obvious from the time I entered the room and smelled stale cigarettes and saw cigarette burns on the bedside table that the previous occupants had not observed the rules. Management had obviously not fumigated or treated the room. Bed sheets needed to be replaced long ago as they were worn transparent. The whole place needs a major renovation,

The beds were very hard. At 6:15am tried to get my morning coffee and the office was locked. Luckily there is a waffle king next door and I could get that much needed coffee. The hotel was okay. It was a roof over our head and bed.

The room was clean, priced well, but the matresses broke my back because they were so springy and hard with no support. Get what you pay for I suppose

Nothing Special
I've stayed here a few times before when I come up to see my kids. It's not the best place to stay but it's also not the worst. The room was fairly clean. Even with the cool air on high, the room was still very warm, even with it being 30° outside which made it uncomfortable. When I come back to Chatsworth, I'll probably use this Inn again because it's only a few miles from my kids and the rates are resonable.

The room was very clean and exactly what we were looking for. Very reasonably priced.

Good, clean room and hot shower
The hotel was very clean and quiet, even with most of the rooms filled. The shower had plenty of good, strong hot water. We were just looking for an inexpensive hotel room for one night and we were very pleased with this hotel and especially the cleanliness of the room. The rooms were kinda dated but of the price I did not care much about that. The manager recommended a wonderful little home cooking restaurant, called Edna's Restaurant, that was absolutely wonderful and very inexpensive. We would stay here again when just looking for a local hotel room with no frills in the Chatsworth area.

The hotel is a close option to Fort Mountain. It's a great place to stay if you have a race the next day or need a place to recover after a race

Only for convenience and the most minimum standard
Our room was clean, but everthing in it was worn and dated. For example, the towels were of the quality that I use to wash and clean my cars - and my towels are in better condition. We selected the hotel for its location and convenience - but next time we will opt for the Hampton Inn-Dalton or a similar hotel.motel in Dalton, Georgia.

Pleasantly surprised.
Key West does a great job keeping the hotel clean. The room was spotless with a microwave and refrigerator. Surprisingly there was no coffee maker. The breakfast was disappointing with 2 cereals and coffee only. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance so finding a really good breakfast was not a problem. Beware that there will be 2 trains that go by in the middle of the night, otherwise there was minimal noise. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked for a king instead of doubles and they exchanged the room within minutes for us. For the price, it was a fantastic night stay.

Economical, Yet Comfortable
We were looking for an economical room for a quick trip to see the Fall colors in the mountains. This motel was nothing fancy, but it was comfortable for a small town stop. It was an economical rest stop for a brief getaway.
