« Pleasant stay at this cozy apt. The location about 10minute walk to the waterfront, shopping on King St and dining . Small kitchen with all the appliances needed to make a small meal. Steps to the bedroom so wouldn’t suggest for small kids or elderly. WiFi is lagging but they do have 2 TVs. Enjoyable stay »

« Overall we were very happy with the rental. Especially enjoyed the rear deck where we sat with our coffees in the a.m. while watching the gator cruise the canal. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. One recommendation would be to replace the two couches in the living room as they were not easy to sit in. Overall, we were pleased. »

« This was a perfect place for our family! We have outgrown any of our houses with 4 adult siblings with spouses and a mom and 2 infants, 3 small kids, 3 teens. The house was sparkling clean and stunningly beautiful. A very easy walk to the beach and nice sunrise views from the porch. Thank you! »

« Perfect for groups! Walking to King Street and popular tourist areas was easy and quick! WiFi, tv, sheets, towels, blankets all plenty to go around. Aero beds, noise machines/fans in every room. Easy check in and check out! Everyone loved it! »

« This house is exactly as described and very clean. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our 15 month old son. Robert is excellent to work with. We will definitely stay here again! »

« The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable and they had everything you would need in the kitchen. The only downside is there was a strong cigarette smoke smell and the dryer was extremely loud and didn’t have a door to close. Was a fine place to stay with my two kids »

« My husband and I took my daughter, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and sister-in-law for a short stay at Folly Beach.(3/24 - 3/28). We had a wonderful time. Our house was across the street from the beach, but we still had great views from the screened in porch. Everyone had a fun, relaxing time. One of the best things about our location: we were close to Bert’s, the island’s best grocery store, and downtown Folly Beach. We’d definitely stay here again. »

« Loved the location. Ubered and took free city transportation. Beautifully decorated. Nice front sitting area and back porch. It had so much charm. It was spotless. I felt at home. »

« My husband and I had to attend a wedding in Charleston. We wanted to be close to the venue but also downtown! This was the perfect location! It was close to everything and had great restaurants within walking distance. We will be staying there again! »

« Beautiful Apartment with all the amenities. Perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed it so much we booked an additional night. Very quiet upscale neighborhood. 20-25 minutes to Downtown Charleston. Loved the entire area. This was our 1st visit here and will definitely be back. »

« Working at a local hospital as a travel nurse, this place was perfect. Very close to the hospital, an easy drive, and the place was very clean, safe, and indeed like an apartment! Highly recommend! »

« Loved this little gem!! Upon entering, we met a wonderful young woman who works at the property and was happy to hear we were from the same neck of the woods. We were treated with a bottle of wine, chocolate and coffee so what could go wrong?! Our room was on the ground floor and it was cozy, and super clean! Loved all the amenities that were included. It was a quick walk to King Street and they had everything you could imagine as far as coffee shops, lovely stores, restaurants, and bars. Would...

One of the best option for Charleston visit!

"I totally love this hotel. Check-in was terrific with such a nice receptionist! The room was big, very clean, great bed and great view! A small balcony but window is definitely close for security. A free shuttle every hour drop you and pick close to the market (very central) and an amazing breakfast with an incredible view! Excellent value! I recommend at 300%!"

Prestations pas au niveau du prix

"La chambre était vraiment petite pour 4 personnes. En particulier la salle de bain. L'ensemble manque aussi cruellement de modernité. Nous avons payé plus cher pour une vue sur le fleuve mais, c'était décevant, car on ne voyait quasiment rien. Nous étions 4 mais n'avons eu que 3 sets de serviettes tout le long du séjour, malgré que nous ayons signalé l'erreur à l'accueil. Il est indiqué sur Hôtels.com qu'il y a une laverie dans l'hôtel mais c'est faux. Bref, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous. Le point positif est la localisation de l'hôtel en centre ville."
