Welcome to your home in Western Colorado!

Families, couples, singles all are welcome to enjoy the cozy, warm modern rustic vibe in this spacious house. The living room has a conversation/game area and a space to sit in front of the remote control-operated fireplace and TV. The kitchen is FULLY equipped for baking or cooking. Enjoy 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, plus 5 living-room futons. Plenty of space for everyone! In the fenced back yard, enjoy a large shade tree and tent gazebo.

The space
Located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently right off Highway 50 - Main Street - the house is centrally located to everything you'd like to do, whether locally in Delta or across Western Colorado. You'll be walking distance to Delta's downtown business district where you can find a wide variety of shops and restaurants, parks and walking trails. More regionally, you're in a great spot to day-trip to all the beauty and attractions you'll want to see. Gunnison Gorge National Park, The Black Canyon, Wineries - all of it is an easy day trip from this centrally located property.

Wonderful Spot for My family Trip
Great house with a big backyard. My dogs loved having some room the run. Very clean house. We loved the treats and water bottles they provided and will definitely rent this house again.

Plenty of parking. Great layout. We loved the large master bedroom and closet. Lots of little extras that were fun or handy. We had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Excellent place for our stay, good base for exploring the area. Nice living space and backyard to relax and enjoy time together. Kitchen very well equipped. Also close to downtown Delta and one of our favorite restaurants: DaVetos. Great communication and easy check in. Note: stairs to bedrooms are steep.

Great stay
We stayed 3 nights in Delta to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and the Colorado National Monument. The house is great -- immaculate, spacious, and stocked with everything one might need, including "did you forget" items in a kitchen drawer. The hosts have thought of everything, and a bottle of wine and welcome basket awaited. Cameron is a very attentive and responsive host. We definitely would stay here again.

Delta House
House met all of our needs and is in a good location to travel many places. We had 6 people. It does say it sleeps 12 but the futons in the living room would be short to sleep on and not very comfortable. The beds upstairs were very comfortable and the house had everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Darby and Cameron have done a marvelous job stocking the house with everything you could need for a perfect stay. They a responsive to requests for help. Excellent value.

Short Stay
We stayed 2 nights at this property in order to visit the Colorado National Monument on our way from Moab and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. House is exactly as described in listing - very cozy with a welcome snack basket and wine along with bottles of water in each bedroom. Downtown Delta was a bit sleepy when we were there so if you are looking for activity, this might not be the place for you. It is about a 45 minute drive to Black Canyon and about an hour drive to the airport in Grand Junction if you are flying in/out of there. Overall a good stay for our needs.

Wonderful House!
We had a great time at our VRBO in Delta. The house was wonderful. The house was well built and the bedrooms were very comfortable. It provided multiple sitting/visiting areas. The fenced back yard was great for the dogs and had a couple of great sitting areas. The home was comfortable and stocked with books and maps of the area that helped us stay entertained and find our way around the area. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. All the appliances were new and working. Having things like spices, paper goods and cleaning supplies already in the house was wonderful. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this one is truly exceptional. Cameron was friendly and checked in with us to make sure our visits was pleasant. We had a wonderful welcome basket as well as a notebook that outlined provided guidance for home amenities and locations of garbage containers etc. We came to Delta to go to the Black canyon of the Gunnison, The Colorado National Monument and the Grand Mesa. It is perfectly located within an hour of those three sites. I would definitely stay again!

Owners saved me from a nightmare trip!
Late contact by me. Owner communicated so quickly and efficiently. Got me reserved very quickly (luckily for me). Such considerate and wonderful people!! The house was absolutely PERFECT!! Very clean, everything worked perfectly, house was very warm and inviting. Close to anything and everything. Quiet and calming the moment I walked in. All rules and information about the stay were obvious and everything was in its place! Did I say these owners were absolutely the nicest people. So kind and understanding! I don’t have a single negative thing to stay. Beautiful home and the most wonderful owners. Thank you so much and the next time I am planning a trip, in the area, expect to hear from me quite a bit earlier. Thnx so very much!!

Sisters’ visit
This is the second time my two sisters and I have stayed in this home. Our mom lives in the willow tree care center a half mile away so it’s a perfect location. Other than to visit mom we never left the house. We brought our own food and prepared it in the well-equipped kitchen. Cameron always leaves a bottle of local wine which is such a nice touch. We each had our own bedroom upstairs and plenty of space to gather on the main level. We made numerous comments about how clean the house is. We will definitely try to stay there again. Thank you Cameron and Darby!

Very nice and had everything we needed
I stayed here with 3 of my friends of over 40 years. We found the house very comfortable and had plenty of room. Very clean and well stocked. We arrived early and they were very accommodating and let us check in early. There was a good notebook that answered any questions and had great suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Would highly recommend this place to friends & family.

Check-in was a breeze, the rooms were all good sized and very comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and there were beautiful touches all over the house that just made you feel at home.
