    A Lovely Property
    We loved the house and location. Had all the space we needed. Outdoor shower was perfect! A must have. There were lots of extras, like beach chairs. A really nice place with a beautiful outdoor space!

    Great place to stay mid-Cape!
    Nice fit and great location to stay for our multi-generational family vacation! Just a few minutes' walk to Hagis Beach and conveniently located close to restaurants, mini-golf and shops. We enjoyed grilling, outdoor dining, and relaxing on the deck and patio; also rounds of family badminton in the large, well-maintained yard. Dense shrubs border the property to provide privacy and quiet road noise. Our hosts, Steve and Emily, were very responsive and accommodating. Check-in and out were a breeze, and features like the large-capacity washer/dryer and extra towel bars in the bathrooms for drying beach and bath towels were helpful. Three full bathrooms plus outdoor shower were convenient for our group of 8, though one of the upstairs bedrooms was tight for our two teens (would be totally fine for younger children). Large indoor dining table, living room and den provide ample space to gather for puzzles and boardgames (provided by the hosts) during rainy or cool weather. Nice accommodations for large or extended families, two families with kids, or other groups!

    Very well equipped and maintained. Great location. 5 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to wonderful restaurant and fish market. Ample quantity of beach chairs. Outdoor furniture and yard were perfect for us.

    My family had a blast! Beautiful property that is a five minute walk to a beach. Tons of room for the ten of us. Plenty of space for corn hole and a wonderful deck to eat outside and enjoy the weather! Highly recommend!

    We had a great time. We went during the quiet season which was nice. Steve was very easy to work with and communicate with through the whole process. Plenty of room for 2 families of 4. Plenty of stores within driving distance. Cozy and clean. Nice little getaway.

    Steve was great to work with and we had no issues during our stay on Cape Cod. It was mid-Cape and easy to access any activities we chose to do. We loved our visit to this beautiful place. My Aunt and Uncle from Maine joined us for the week to be tour guides as they met there during his service in the US Coast Guard in the late 60's. They had many great stories and good food recommendations as they visit there often!

    Great for large families or multiple families.
    Our stay in Dennis Port was wonderful. We had 6-8 adults throughout the week and two babies under 1 year. The house layout is great with plenty of space. Two bedrooms with a living room is on one side of the house, the other two and living room on the other. The kitchen is in between. 3 full baths with an outdoor shower makes it easy for everyone to take a quick rinse. 2 bedrooms have tv and each living room has tv. All with cable. Great for rainy days. There is a covered patio in back with a picnic table a grilled hooked up to natural gas, so no propane tanks to pick up and fill. The yard is great for lawn games and meals outside on the side deck. It is a short walk to beach and quick drive to local restaurants, convenience stores, etc… The hosts were very responsive and checking in was a breeze. I highly recommend for a big family, gathering of friends, etc…

    All had a great time.
    There were 10 of us staying at this magnificent, spacious house. Our party consisted of my wife and me, our 3 grown daughters, 2 sons-in-law and 3 young granddaughters ages 7, 5 and 1. The property is accurately described. There was ample bedroom space for all. The house has enough space that no one was ever on top of each other. The two patios added extra areas for seating, eating and reading. A great feature was the large kitchen table with seating for 8. The kitchen has modern appliances and enough pots. pans, dishes, silverware and utensils to make cooking a breeze. A great feature is the huge gas grill out back. A brand new washer and dryer are conveniently located in the house. The very large secluded side yard was well-used by all to relax/play in. We all enjoyed doing the many jigsaw puzzles supplied in the house. Best of all was the short walk to the local beach. We were all impressed with our stay.

    Location is key on the Cape and this place had everything! Space, cleanliness, comfort, close to the beach and all attractions on the Cape. The property felt private even though it’s in a neighborhood. My friends and I want to make it a yearly visit and want to stay in ‘our’ house. Stephen was so very nice and accommodating during our stay-we will be back!!!

    The house was very attractive outside and well kept with plenty of room outside for relaxing. One suggestion we have is to add a step to the side of the deck as it would make it easier for older people to use it. The inside was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was a good size and had modern appliances. There was plenty of space for families to spread out and relax in the two living rooms and around the large dining table. Some of the furniture could use updating, but that was the only negative we had with the house. Steve was a very good host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

    A good family place
    We enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to spread out. It really was a 4 minute walk to the beach so we were able to go easily back and forth. The back yard is quite large so room for games. Easy parking. Mattresses not great in the bedrooms were an issue for sleeping as was a very noisy A/C unit upstairs. Having said that- I would rent again as the space was plentiful.
