Perfect Location
We were visiting our daughter so we were In and out during our stay. It had everything we needed for a good nights sleep, a nice hot shower and cup of coffee in the morning. Love the location. Walked to Washington Park and to a cute coffee shop. The owners did at excellent job of communication in and providing any extra details they could think of. It was very much appreciated. The only thing I would recommend is figuring out the sulphur smell from the water. Maybe air fresheners of some sort. Could get overwhelming. Because we were out most of the time, it wasn’t worth fixating on. . Checking out was as easy as checking in.

Super cute, super tidy!
Great location, great and efficient use of space and very clean! The little amenities were really nice; the hosts did a wonderful job of anticipating needs. Check-in was super easy as was check-out. ------ We will definitely be back and stay in this location again!

Perfect for a couple
Pros: Property was immaculately clean and exactly as pictured. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of beautiful Washington Park (0.5 miles) Washer and dryer with laundry supplies is a bonus. Lots of nice extra touches too - games, coffee supplies, bathroom toiletries. Communication was fabulous - Natalie communicated with us before, during and at the end of our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. Cons: The steps are as pictured with lower head clearance. Also a low head clearance going from the living area into the utility/bathroom area. If you are tall you must remember to duck your head. The bed is very firm but it was fine for me. My husband slept on the couch a couple of nights which he said was quite comfy. Some walking noise from upstairs but not bad and only during the daytime. Otherwise very quiet. There was a noise machine in the bedroom. In a neighborhood so transportation is necessary to get to just about anywhere you will need to go. Overall: We were very satified with this stay. The listed cons were very minor in comparison to all the pros! Would definitely stay again when visiting Denver!

Lovely Wash Park Retreat
Visiting Denver on business and pleasure. The Wash Park Retreat did not disappoint! Located in the heart of the city, an immaculate unit, appointed with modern amenities and decor. Natalie made sure that we had everything we needed and more. She even went above and beyond and searched for an item that was lost on our trip. Communication was great. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable place to rest. The bathroom was my favorite room. I drove up on a snowy night and took awhile to get to the location and then had to wait awhile because the door batteries died and I was unable to check in for about an hour. Walking distance to food and no issues with food deliveries. I forgot a full bottle of Stella rose in the fridge so I hope someone enjoyed that !

Clean and had everything we might have needed! The bed was very comfortable. The overall vibe was very spa like, which I loved. The neighborhood was very nice too, we felt very safe. We were surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was.

WOW!
What a great weekend in a great basement apartment. We were immediately impressed with Natalie's communication and information. She has everything covered in her guide book. Definitely take her up on the recommendations for restaurants. We were able to walk to several. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable. If I could have packed up the awesome bathroom in my suitcase, I would have taken it with me. They have gone above and beyond with their space and we were so appreciative. The area was beautiful and very walkable but easy to get to other parts of the city. We definitely would love to stay here again on our return to Denver. Thanks so much, Natalie!!

Charming little getaway
Had a wonderful stay in this cute little basement right next to Cherry Creek. Natalie went above and beyond making sure my daughter and I had everything we needed during our stay. Great communication, easy separate access into the basement apartment, coffee, tea, water, and snacks. Will book through her again the next time we are in Denver!

The property was centrally located in the beautiful Wash Park neighborhood. The basement apartment was well maintained, modern, and very clean. The host was accommodating and kind. I’d definitely stay there again with my small family.

Recent stay in Denver for a marathon. Highlights are location, well equipped, and clean property. A special shout out to the owners for excelent communication and attention to our stay.
