Spacieux rénové 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain, unité de fin 6ème étage situé directement sur la plage dans la communauté fermée Breakers East. Tous les nouveaux meubles haut de gamme et fabuleuses grandes cuisine ouverte du chef avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Profitez des belles plages de sable blanc de la côte d'émeraude. Détendez-vous sur votre balcon privé de 30 pieds avec une vue spectaculaire sur le front de mer.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size; Téléviseur à écran plat 50 pouces; ventilateur de plafond; Rideaux d'extinction.
La salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche à remous surdimensionnée et d'une vanité unique avec des comptoirs en granit.
La deuxième chambre dispose de 2 lits queen size; Télévision par câble à écran plat de 38 pouces; ventilateur de plafond.
La deuxième salle de bain a une baignoire / douche combinée et une vanité individuelle avec comptoir en granit.

Breakers East est situé au coeur de la rue de 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Marchez pour les restaurants de restauration rapide, y compris Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House et Subway. 'The Track' est situé à quelques pâtés de maisons du condo, y compris les chariots de randonnée, le mini-golf, les arcades, les bateaux de pare-chocs, le saut à l'élastique. Location, beach, and space was great! Condo could use just a hint of updating furniture and bath towels had holes in them. (I am very picky but only telling you this as I would want someone to tell me). Other than the small couple of items, we had a great time and would stay in the same condo again

Two friends getting together for a week at the beach. Beach is right behind pool and is easily accessible. View from the balcony just marvelous. Easy to get to restaurants and it is right off 98. We walked down the beach one afternoon for lunch at the back porch. Condo is more than adequate and comfortable.

The master bed is extremely uncomfortable and virtually falling apart. The hall bath tub faucet is falling apart. The condo over all could use some work we obviously knew we were renting and expected it to look like a rental but it looks much better in the pictures. We were looking for a condo to rent yearly and unfortunately this will not be it.

Absolute perfect place and location
Breakers East 601 was perfect for our family of four. The place was very clean and smelled great upon arrival. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding for us to use during our week long vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with the needed items (cookware, etc.). We didn’t have any issues with the place while we were there. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend booking this place if you’re interested in staying in Destin!

Excellent!!
We loved our stay! Only complaint is elevators need some upgrades. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. View was amazing! Beach was not crowded.. having beach chairs and umbrella as part of package was great! We will plan on staying here again.

Our only criticism upon arrival was that the balcony wasnt clean and had a little bit of noticeable dirt and sand. Other than that everything was great. Just wanna say that My wife and I enjoyed our stay in 601. One repair to look into is that the vanity sink in Master suite had a study drip from the faucet. Thank you for letting us stay. It was Very Peaceful and relaxing. 😊

Amazing view
It’s the perfect location with an amazing view! We were very pleased with this unit, it was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. I just wish the mattress was softer, other than that we loved everything about this place especially the balcony and view. I would definitely recommend this unit!

The condo was exactly as pictured on the listing. Check in was super easy and the views and location are magnificent! Other reviewers mentioned carpets being dirty. They were stained, but seemed to be cleaned well prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we noticed the master bathroom faucet was leaking all over the vanity when in use. We contacted the property manager right away and she sent someone out to fix it the next morning so that was great. Very well appointed and furnished and close to everything you could need or want while on vacation. Only minor complaint we had were the pillows in the master bedroom. They were very hard and flat, so I would suggest maybe bringing your own if that’s a possibility or if you’re picky about pillows. Other than that, this property was well maintained and fantastic for what we were wanting on our vacation. The beach is so clean and beautiful! Highly recommend.

Breakers East unit 601 was extremely nice and very well maintained and furnished for our stay. The location of the condo has plenty of restaurants, shopping and fun things for the family to do in very short driving distance. Definitely recommend this condo!

Our family of 4 adults and two children under 10 yrs. old was an enjoyable experience. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The large covered balcony was a big plus especially when it was raining outside. The pool and the ocean were the children's favorites and we appreciated the community beach toy box, they nets were especially great. Centrally located to restaurants and activities it was perfect for our family. We would love to book this unit again in the future.

The Views
This property is in a perfect location. The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes. Views from inside the unit and the balcony are perfect!! Nothing beats looking out into the ocean. Plenty of gated parking and the free beach chairs/umbrella were a bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. We couldn't have found a better property for the price. Looking forward to our next visit to Destin.

Just as expected, wonderful!
The beach front condo was great! It was clean and in a great location. Access to the beach was quick and seamless. Pool was nice and warm during chilly days. Beach was clean. The only downfalls were that there weren't basic condiments like salt, pepper and cooking spray. The living room couches weren't very comfortable but we didn't use them much. Also the elevator was down part of the time but the people were working on fixing them. All in all it's a great property that we plan to visit again!
