Twin Palms is a beautiful gulf front home on Holiday Isle, in the heart of Destin. With amazing views, stunning interiors, and an impeccable location, guests can enjoy their stay in style at this lovely home. Holiday Isle is a coveted strip of road off of Highway 98 and boasts Gulf front access as well as views from the Destin Harbor and Norriego Point. Notably, this townhouse is situated next to the Destin Jetties; a popular snorkeling spot that plays host to numerous marine life. Take a walk to the Norriego Point for some family fun and view the Destin Bridge as all of the boats come into the Harbor. This location is close to shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities!

With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, three floors of this townhouse allow for plenty of space for you and your guests. The first floor welcomes you with a luxurious king suite. Complete with private patio access and views of the Gulf, an ensuite bathroom, and a large flatscreen TV. This suite is perfect for those who prefer to not use stairs and seek access right onto the sugar sands of the Emerald Coast.

Guests can seek dining and entertainment on the second floor. Entering the second floor you are greeted with coastal chic appeal. A comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV and a balcony that overlooks the Gulf welcome you. This townhouse is complete with a fully equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances. In addition, the second-floor balcony was created for entertaining. An outdoor dining area, comfortable patio furniture, and an onsite grill are all found on this balcony.

Two more bedrooms are located on the third floor. The master bedroom has private balcony access and unparalleled views of the Gulf. Also, an ensuite bathroom with a spa style tub, dual glass sinks, and a walk-in closet are found in this suite. The final bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a chic sofa chair, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom. In addition, an in-unit washer and dryer are found on the third floor.

In addition to all the features listed, this home is also equipped with a UV-lighted HVAC system for enhanced guest safety. Twin Palms is ideal for making memories during your next getaway. Amazing views
The unit was very clean and well stocked. Views were amazing! Overall we were very happy with the unit. The only negatives were there was only parking for 1 vehicle and when we went down to the beach the Emerald Grand had their set up along the entire beach and we were rudely told we could not sit in or around their area and they directed us to the very end next to the rocks which was much further than we wanted to walk. This definitely needs to be noted in the unit summary!!!

Lovely House
My family and I had a wonder stay at the Twin Palms. It was very clean. I would definitely like to stay there again. The walk to the beach is a bit far in the soft sand but nothing terrible. Overall a great experience.

Great spot overall
The stay was great for our size group. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Location is good. However the closest beach is in the inter coastal and is .35 miles to the actual ocean side. It's a bit of a walk in the sand. But worth it once there! Overall a great value for the price! Parking is the biggest issue. Can't really have more than 1 car. But we managed.

Living the Dream
This property was absolutely beautiful. The location was great and in a very quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for us, my elderly father was able to stay on the first floor with easy access to outside. The main level was great for entertaining and the grill was amazing! We enjoyed watching all the beach activity from the balconies but was also a short walk to the beach. The sand is like powder and the water was clear and blue! We loved everything and will be back!

Nice place bad parking.
We had 2 issues total, but still definitely worth the stay. 1) We had a couple relatively minor maintenance items upon check in, and after messaging the host through the VRBO app we received no response for over 3 days. I called VRBO and they gave me a phone number to call and the issues began being addressed. While on the phone, however, I explicitly told the property management customer service lady to make sure the maintenance person called before he came- as we frequently had teens home alone as well as dogs. She failed to pass that on to the tech so before I could get back, the tech was inside alone with the teens. I called property management back and in her notes she said to only enter if someone was home, as opposed to calling first. 2) Parking is a huge issue here. If you look at the photos, it looks like there’s room in the driveway for a second vehicle- there is not. This unit sleeps 8, but unless you drive a clown car, you’re going to have a problem. You’d need a vehicle that seats 8, but that vehicle wouldn’t fit in the garage. Their best suggestion was to park at target some miles away and shuttle folks back and forth. Overall a great stay, but a couple little annoying things here and there.

Beautiful location with view of the gulf but a long walk to get to the beach. Numerous restaurants are worth the visit and can be visited by vehicle or water taxi. Condo is the middle location in this complex of 3 units. Nicely decorated and maintained. Condo sleeps eight however the kitchen table only has seating for 4 people which would is very inconvenient. Had to call the management company as the grill would not light, they fixed it and left a spare tank of propane. Parking is a huge drawback as there is room for only 1 vehicle, I was lucky enough to get our vehicle in the garage. The second week of our stay, we had new neighbors that rented the end unit, these folks were constantly on the deck talking business on their cell phones, working out and doing yogi, annoying, as we came to enjoy the view and relax. Too bad there is not some kind of privacy divider between the decks. Oh well, can’t pick your neighbors!

Parking nightmare
BEWARE! Parking is near-nonexistent at this rental, and that detail is not mentioned in the listing! There is only room to park ONE vehicle, and it’s a small garage that can only fit a car or small SUV. The rental says it can accommodate 10 people with its 3 bedrooms, but how does that translate to one car?? There are multiple signs around the area reminding you you’ll be towed if you park in the wrong place, too. When I called the management office to ask where there was more parking, the rep said “You could try the nearby Wal-Mart, or I’ve heard one of my coworkers tell people to park at a nearby church.” I ended up having to park my truck three miles away at Target for the week we were there. The townhouse itself is nice enough overall, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and the gas grill works well. Cleanliness could have been better in the bathrooms, as there were multiple hairs in our bathtub. Some of the AC vents sweat with presumed condensation on our last day there, and this made the bottom floor bedroom stink. The property is a bit back from the water, which you can see from the listing. Prepare for a walk and bring a wagon to haul your beach gear, *especially* if you want to go all the way to the Gulf itself rather than the beach immediately nearby within the jetty. Overall, would not book again.

Parking is definitely an issue. Barely enough room for one car and we were asked to move the car so another person could get out! Also, not such a short walk to the beach! Plus beach got very crowded and noisy with boats pulling up and anchoring!

How can 10 people stay but only have one parking spot?
Always had to find somewhere else to park a car. Was out talking not partying and neighbor asked us to keep it down cause she was trying to go to sleep at 8:30 pm. Faucet handle had broke, asked to be told when maintenance comes. Both times they came we weren’t there, wasn’t notified that they were coming. Got woke up by property manager to show contractor of previous damage to the balcony.

Long Walk
Great house, great location, but it's a looong way from the beach that you can set up your umbrella and chairs without being asked to move. The closest beach will be daily overrun with people boated in from other locations. It's still not terrible, but the walk to the actual ocean beach, not the inlet beach(claimed to be owned by the big hotel near the harbor), loaded with your beach stuff can be exhausting. This should be disclosed in the listing.

House is very nice, location is good but pictures are a little deceiving in that the beach with umbrellas and chairs is not available for renters of this property. You have to walk further down the beach to set up. The beach & chairs and umbrellas are reserved for another hotel that boats their guests over. There is no chair rental service available on the beach around this property. This was a bummer since we were already traveling with a million things with small children we were hoping to rent chairs and umbrellas. I had also called the rental company before going and was not told we wouldn’t be able to rent chairs. There were decent folding chairs in the closet of the property that we took down to the beach so we didn’t have to go out and buy chairs. If bringing more than 1 car you’ll have to find somewhere else to park your extra car. When we booked and arrived the sign said we could have 2 cars, but I did notice they had changed the sign by the time we left and only 1 car is allowed, which makes sense because there really isn’t room for 2 cars at this location. Overall it is a nice house and we had a good time, but would not book here again.
