« Quiet and secluded location, but also close enough to the towns to get supplies and shop local stores. The space was warm and comfortable during cold and snowy weather. Perfect for our getaway and hit the spot for cabin relaxation! »

« They’ve taken an older place and made it really nice. The location isn’t scenic … it sits along the street in town. However, it does have a great fenced courtyard that is really enjoyable. Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. Keep that up … it’s a difference maker. »

« My family had an amazing Christmas staying here at this cute little town cottage. We had an amazing view of the mountain the kids could play out back there was a firepit that was amazing! This little cottage was a perfect place to stay for a in between to the great sand dunes and colorado springs!! We would definitely come again! « This was a beautiful property-- well-appointed and comfortable. We came for the solitude. A lot we could have done but we dod a lot of walking, reading, talking and game playing ad well as visits with nearby family. The fantastic Sangre de Christo mountains are stunning at all hours of the day or night. Amazing stars, snow and wildlife -- deer and elk. The cabin kept us cozy even as temperatures were at ir below freezing for days. Thank you for a great stsy. »

« I am a bit loss for words to describe our recent stay at Maddie’s cottage. We have had a hectic year and needed a place to get away and reconnect again. From my first encounter with Maddie her caring and genuine warmth was evident. She went the extra mile to help us feel at home at her lovely retreat. « We wanted a quiet week away after the holidays and this cabin was perfect for our family of 5 plus dog. Great space for everyone to have their own privacy, but also great family room area to gather for meals, games, and reading the by the fire.
