« Didn’t even get to check in !!! I came in late around 11 pm to check in for overnight told them my name and showed my reservation details , but the lady just kept saying my name wasn’t on the reservation list without even going to check and kept saying I was checked in with another hotel . Worst front desk service ever!!!! And waste of money »

« Front office check in was quick and the lady was nice .The rooms were very clean. Had a nice quiet stay. »

« The location was central and convenient. The staff was obliging and helpful. The windows aren't very thick so a lot of outside noise will be heard easily. But it's mostly a quiet town, so not much to worry about. Just don't stay up too late, because the birds are LOUD in the morning. That's not the hotel's fault, though. It's part of living out in the country. Overall I liked it very much, and next time I visit Pearsall I will stay at Executive Inn. »

« The room had great AC. Bathroom was very clean. Would like to have had handheld shower head. Had safety grab handle in shower which is great for older folks. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. »
