« Sweet private camp 20 minutes from Hocking. Large sites, shower, porta potty, firewood, nice owner. Close to a road but little traffic. Sites were not as distant from each other as I believed based on reviews. »

« I was new to the area. The Chalet was 20-30 minutes from so many of the hiking spots I was hoping to check out. The cabin was clean, warm, and comfortable. It is older and the appliances while not new all worked. The hot tub was perfectly hot! It has one master bedroom and a great loft for bunking children. The host was very responsive to all my questions, especially when I was a little lost upon arrival, as it was in the dark in the woods. He responded immediately to help Me get into the cabin...

« This was a great location for our short 1 night trip to Hocking hills. We loved how it is set back from the street and secluded. The cabin is very nice inside and the hot tub is great! Hope to stay again in the future. »

CONS: The listing was inaccurate for amenities (no coffee or tea pods, no hand soap in bathroom, watered down shampoo, conditioner & body wash) 5 minutes of hot water in the shower. « The cabin was surprisingly clean and cozy, and perfect for the 2 of us and our pets. The property was vast and beautiful, with lots of room to walk the dogs. Only thing I would recommend is to bring your own pillows. Great stay all the way around. »
