« Lovley old original property, our room had a nice view of the castle. Dinner was superb but we couldn’t reccomend the breakfast , The buffet ran out completely ( orange juice toast etc ) and wasn’t replenished for over half an hour in spite of us asking . We waited over an hour for our cooked breakfast to arrive . When it did arrive there was one rasher of bacon, one sausage, half a mushroom and one fried egg. I’m not a greedy person but it didn’t seem like a lot for £15. After waiting so long...

« Got to say, a terrific find. We only stopped for the one night but would undoubtedly return for a longer visit. Great location, excellent staff (who obviously understand the concept of customer service!) and a swift service at breakfast with good quality produce AND a decent coffee to boot. Only (minor) whinge would be single beds in the twin room which had an incline but not so much that the issue was worthy of complaint. Pay the extra for a sea view I would suggest, well worth...
