"J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner dans cet hôtel. Bien situé par rapport aux activités offertes par Kigali, c'est néanmoins un havre de paix, de tranquillité, avec de la verdure. Se relaxer tranquillement après une journée chargée est un réel plaisir, avec un personnel aux petits soins, comme le patron William, d'ailleurs. Beaucoup de disponibilités pour organiser les transports ou des activités."

Mention spéciale au receptionniste Dylan qui nous a donné des pistes utiled pour visiter la ville. Nous recommandobs vivement pour vos séjours à Kigali: excellent rapport qualité-prix."

"Would definitely not recommend staying there. The staff is lost although polite and nice, but have no idea what customer service is about and entails. It took four emails and a phone call to arrange something as simple as an airport pick-up so the stay certainly did not start on a high note. No hot water in the room the last night/last morning of the stay. No room upgrade that was supposedly part of the "Hotels.com Gold Member Perks", though room availability was evident on their website. For my last night, I stayed at "5 Swiss Hotel" nearbly: half the price for a cleaner room, working shower, and much nicer staff."
