« We need a place to stay the night because we had a doctor appointment the next day. We arrive around 4:30 got settled quickly and ran to town to grab some dinner. The unit Ruby was clean, comfortable, and close to town. Internet was quick, we had two phones, two iPads, and a lap top all on at the same time. We would definitely stay again. »

« We had a short weekend getaway with family and our kids. This property is built with kids in mind. Before we even got unpacked they had their fishing poles out and were at the pond. They caught tons of small perch and had the best time. The zip line was a huge hit as well. The fire pit area was great for some late night smores! Inside was comfortable and perfect for everyone. The game consoles were a blast for the kids. Parents if your looking for some relaxation this is the place. Let the kids...

« Wonderful location to Sardis lake-right across the street and down a short walkable trail. Host was constantly available by phone, but we really had everything we could need for a nice, quiet weekend. Enjoyed Sardis and Clayton lake while there. We will be back! »

« The cottage at River Bird Lodge was excellent. It's very nice, clean, well appointed. It's great for a couple or a small family. The cottage layout has a bedroom and common living area with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, which is not always the case. It sits on a large property with a lot of woods to explore, as well as the river. This time of year the river is pretty low, so you can easily access the riverbed.. Niki was very responsive and easy to work with. I gave only 4 stars...
