« The room was spacious and looked comfortable. The sofa was full of stains, the bedspread was stained, the floor felt sticky to walk on. There was a hole torn in the sheer panel curtain. The mattress felt worn out as you immediately fell to the middle like rolling down a hill. The drawers on the dresser wouldn't stay closed. All you had to do was alked past and the drawers slid open. « Pretty cool place. The owners own not only this hotel but restaurants around. They take you there by shuttle bus. You not need to worry about driving and drinking. You can even get in the bus with your drinks. You can order food to the hotel from any if their restaurants which are all amazing. You go to Albany? You need to go there! »

« I could not stay there and feel safe. I rang the bell 4 times and waited no one came. I am a nurse traveling for work. This hotel has broken doors and windows, signs on the balcony to tresspassers on the property. There were guys in the parking lot seeking drugs out of there cars. Multiple people walking around outside. The hotel was in disrepair....awful i would like a refund of my money. »
