« Silk Cotton Villa was lovely with plenty space, close to the beach and awesome views. The home was comfortable and provided exactly what our large group needed. The property manager was readily available by phone and made check-in easy. We were very happy with our choice and we’d book again. »

« WOW...not many places have that amazing WOW factor, but Avalon delivered on every aspect. Stayed with 2 friends, and the accommodation was just perfect with three double on suite rooms. The pool and shared area was stunning. Well equipped kitchen and great gas BBQ, which we used several times. Communication was brilliant and place looks just like photos. « Adam’s Place is the place to stay in Montserrat. We hated to leave. Ed and Rea were great to communicate with, Kristina and Sunny as property managers were exceptional. The house is superbly furnished, kitchen is amazing, and you cannot beat the sunsets as you lounge on the patio and pool. The grounds are so pretty also. « The location was fabulous. The actual property could be fantastic. Many problems occurred No hot water for over a week. Poor communication with property manager. Water leaked that flooded downstairs and we had to sweep it out. Several pieces of furniture were worn out!!! Had trouble with dishwasher. No light in refrig. « We loved our stay at Grandview. The property manager was quick to try to fix the issues we told him about. I think the VBRO listing needs new pictures and some modifications. There was not a DVD player, grill, dishwasher, children's dinnerware, or spices. The kitchen needs new cookware and more glasses. A baking pan would be nice too. It was just two of us so we were ok but if a family had booked this villa they would have needed much more. »
