« We had an excellent experience. The home was as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a very minor issue with the hot water heater. It was addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Would definitely stay there again. »

« There was nothing about our stay that wasn’t perfect. Even the rainy weather gave us an opportunity to catch up, play some ping pong, and enjoy our favorite spot - the screened in back porch! As a retired nurse and part-time cleaner for an a vacation rental, I and my sisters were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property! « We stayed in the cabin while we attended the Deck the Halls wine trail. The cabin was very nice and clean and all of the necessary amenities were provided. While the house is not directly on the lake, it is just a short walk down to the dock listed by the property. »

« The house was comfortable. Everything worked. Hosts were helpful with suggestions for places to eat in the nearby towns. In-house instruction booklet was clear and thorough. A nice, unassuming place to relax and enjoy each other. »

« Gorgeous property! Loved the decor and all the little touches that made it feel like home away from home. Super clean and very comfortable beds. It was a short and easy walk down to the lake and the Dockside Grill which had amazing food. »

« Such a great place to stay! Cute, cozy, CLEAN! Easy check in and check out. Great location! We had 6 adults which was perfect! Plenty of room. Hot tub was hot upon arrival. The hot tub is professionally cleaned every Friday and their maintenance guy was very nice and helpful! Home is very well stocked with kitchen utensils,pots,bowls, cups, and pans. We really enjoyed ourselves. We would most definitely go back! »

« Very clean, sparse amenities, kitchen could use updated towels, potholders had to buy a scrubber to clean stainless steel pans Neighbors facing property across the street not shown in pictures, no access to lake from property. All privately owned. »

« This is house is nice on the main floor. The lower floor indeed had a musty smell. We were going to use both floors but did not end up using the lower floor. The musty smell was bothersome. We tried to open the windows but either they were labeled to not be opened up or they did not work. I think if your were able to open the windows that would help. The main floor was well stocked for cooking and the deck and inside seating was great. The beds were comfortable. »

"The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."
