« We stayed in the Araliya Suite 24.2-27.2. Which was absolutely spotless and modern. We loved having our own private pool, sauna, and river view, where we even went swimming a few times. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Indunil. He arranged an adventure for us to the waterfalls, a short jungle hike, and also acted as a guide to a nearby cave. He also guided us to safely swim at the waterfall behind the hotel. And to top it all off, he arranged a candlelight dinner by the river! Five...

« The resort was not informed about my booking and i was in trouble when i reached there & finally i had to pay there again by cash. I tried to cancel my booking but i couldn't find the cancellation option. Finally not recommend this resort and also booking through expedia »

« Do not do business with this hotel. This hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me before my stay. They overbooked the entire hotel and had no more rooms left even after having a booking confirmation number and payment. They also wouldn't refund me even after I wasn't able to stay there. It took 3 weeks to get my money back after many calls with them. I wouldn't ever stay here. There is however a bungalow house nearby that I'd absolutely recommend instead of this hotel. »

« Terrible experience. After a mic-up between the hotel and hotels.com, I was repeatedly threatened with legal action, and the hotel was in general not interested in resolving the issue - refused to pick up the phone and refused to access hotels.com. Terrible, terrible treatment of customers, and horrendous attitude. »
