"Un séjour correct car jai pu changer de chambre grâce au responsable de la réception;la mienne étant juste en face des climatiseurs de la cuisine (n°105). Heureusement qu'une autre chambre était disponible. L'hôtel est assez vieillot et aurait besoin d'une nette amélioration phonique. Petit-déjeuner continental copieux, dîner correct. Attention parking gratuit à condition de réserver directement auprès de l'hôtel, sinon 18£ par nuit."

"I was rather surprised with the global quality standard of the hotel for a 4 star hotel. We get used to go to 4 & 5 stars hotels and quality of the food on the breakfast was quite low. The breakfast was quite poor and we could not even get extra brown bread while arriving at 10am. We were given the excuse that a large group before us had taken all the bread. Quite a pathetic excuse for a 4 stars hotel. We could not be sat in a quiet place as the restaurant was quite noisy and very busy. All the fruits in the fruit salad were tasteless. The savoury dishes suggested were quite fatty and greasy, to cover the fact they were very blend. As for the bedroom, it was a nice bedroom, quite large with a big bathroom, but very noisy as it was right at the entrance of the corridor, and it was extremely noisy in the morning. Especially for a week end."

"Very nice and helpful receptionist, Hannah. Good size room and bathroom. Ideally situated for the bus and train. Only negative, was the cleaning. Glasses were never changed or washed up (4 night stay)top of unit never cleaned,where cups were.One day pillows were left on the floor. I left a note to ask for the soap dispenser to be fiĺled, this never happened."
