« The view was outstanding. And the location was great. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub at the rec center and the nice little walk in the woods to get there (and that is was only 3min away if you didn't want to walk). So much to do around the area and the host was very responsive. However it is a little more rustic than the photos make it seem and a little musty. The bed I had wasn't all that comfy but I moved to one of the bunk beds and slept well there. FYI: It's $100 to have the trash removed...

« We had the best stay at this home on Lake Winnipesaukee! It was actually much bigger and more beautiful than it looked online. The view was spectacular and stretched the entire length of the house. We had a large family of three generations spanning 77 years of age and all loved it. The en-suite bathrooms were great and the children loved the bunk room. « The listing photos does not do this place justice. Gorgeous house with modern bathroom / kitchen. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Very close to downtown Laconia but far enough away that the home is quiet and feels private. We definitely rent again for a large group »

« Heather was so easy to communicate with and it was a pleasure to stay at their home! The house was so clean, well equipped, and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed spending time at the community center which was a short car ride away. Heather’s home felt like a home away from home-we would love to go back again soon to enjoy all the Whit Mountains have to offer. »

« Great house and location. Ample room for our party of 9 to spread out. Private pool was a great option when not staying right on the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and pool floats. Community dock access was nice to launch the owner’s 2 kayaks. Dock seems to need a little repair as it’s in slightly worse shape than photo(probably taken a while ago). We did fine.
