« Owners obviously take care to have a very clean, comfortable experience. Loved the pool, but sorry I didnt scroll down far enough on 1 VACASA message that said that 3 days prior to arrival, request pool heater be turned on. I had planned on on lot of water walking, but guess this is on me. One recommendation about Master BR bed-It was an uncomfortable mattress and wasnt too steady on its feet, so I slept in other room. « This house was perfect!! Beautiful inside and out with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed fishing from the beach, the Sand Bar for lunch and local fish from the market. House was well stocked with supplies for the beach and host was terrific with excellent communication. We have been to the area several times and this was by far and away our best trip. Just an amazing house and we cannot recommend it enough!!!! »

« This house was better than I could have imagined. This was our first visit to North Captiva and I could not have picked a better location to stay. The views are priceless. We loved everything about the island and the house and will be back for certain. The property owner and management co was easy to work with and provided us with everything we needed and then some. « We loved our stay at this property! The house was exactly as stated and shown. It was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Kathleen was great to work with…very responsive and was quick to address any needs. We had a dishwasher issue and she immediately had someone there to check it out…it was quickly replaced. One of the true highlights of this property is the pool! Large, clean and warm! LOVED it! Would recommend this property! »

« Perfect spot for a golf trip. House was awesome! Very clean. Pool table was a hit. We grilled out every night. Relaxed in the pool. Beds were comfy (I got the big bedroom with the AWESOME shower!) really there was nothing this house didn’t have! Pretty close to the downtown area if you wanted to go to the restaurants & bars, about a 3 minute drive. »

« Great stay, very clean and tidy. Nice backyard, deck and hot tub to enjoy. One bedroom bed was not enjoyed by seniors. They said the bed was sinking in the middle and they had a hard time sleeping. Other then that the place was perfect. Hopefully we will be back next year »

« We would stay here again! It is important to note that there is a short walk down the road to the beach. We are used to staying at beachfront properties, and it was no trouble at all to walk to the beach and enjoy our coffee. We were very worried about all the private property signs on the beach based on reviews we read. We had no trouble at all finding a spot on the beach. We were impressed by the cleanliness here and we had a great time! It’s a perfect place to stay for a small family! »

« Property was "as advertised. Location was excellent for ease of access to Venice and the surrounding area. Bird life was especially good for viewing in the back yard and we had at least 3 small alligators in the lake. Interior of the house was clean but could use some further maintenance (eg not all the blinds are in good repair.). Host was responsive and easy to work with. »

« Thank you for sharing your property with us! We had magnificent views—- including a full double rainbow 😍 the space was comfortable and clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!! »

« This is a family run motel that is convenient to everything. The room was immaculate and the decor was very nice. Comfortable bed nice shower all the boxes checked. The pool is an absolute delight, and there’s even a grill in a tiki bar out by the pool area if you would like to take advantage of that. Debbie could not have been more accommodating. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend this highly enough.. »
