« The place is well located to all areas of Venice. The home is much homier and accommodating than expected. Pool area is great and relaxing especially after a long day out or from beach. Patrick responds very quickly when needed. »

« I am working nearby this summer and needed a safe, pet-friendly and spacious cottage to stay. This checked all the boxes and the owner was very gracious with checking in/out dates. I even picked a fresh pineapple out of the front yard to eat! It’s an “old Florida” vibe in the neighborhood, super close to beach area and next to a Boy Scout lodge. « I rented the property for our son and his 4 children because we did not have room for everyone to sleep at our home. We live nearby, so they had their meals at our place. They were pleased with the accommodations. Linda was quick to respond to my questions and made the process seamless. Very happy with our choice. »

« We spent a full week with 5 adults, 1 teen and 2 children and had fun in this well arranged and cared for house. Everything we needed was there, even all the beach equipment! Cooking was easy in the fully furnished kitchen and we enjoyed the pool and lanai all clean and well furnished. Thanks Gina! »

« Super cute little cottage that was perfectly located on the key !! This key is my happy place and now my freind’s as well ! The walkability to the beach and restaurants is perfect from the cottage !! The pool is a big bonus too on the warmer days when you just don’t want to get sandy…5 stars all around!!! »

« Had a fairly nice stay, extenuating circumstances aside. (visit ended up being bookended by 2 major storms) My main pain points came down to the pool area being rather dirty, with algae and slime on large portions of the patio. Also, I had some chats with the host prior to arriving about the state of beaches in the area... i was told that the beaches had some limited access, but that most were accessible. « We've spent two 4th of July's at this house and absolutely love it. The location is wonderful, the property manager is very responsive, and the house is so much more than you'd expect. We spent such a lovely holiday cooking and watching the kids play in the pool. Would recommend a million times over. »

« We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend! »
