« Home is as advertised in a very quiet neighborhood. We arrived in the evening and the porch light was on so that was a nice welcoming touch. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and we had all the information we needed to start our vacation. « Property was great for our small family everyone had their own space. Check in was 4pm and they were not done cleaning and we had to stand outside and wait for 1/2 an hour with a car full of grocery's after a very long travel day. We would for sure choose this house again! The pool and pool table were great for our family! »

Host was amazing at communicating especially with all the hurricanes she reached out within 24 hours of both Helene and Milton mossing to let us know the status/condition of the property and near by businesses. Kids had a blast in the pool and was nice and close to beach as well!! »

« We had a wonderful stay on Englewood Beach. The house was wonderful, clean, and updated. The hosts were easy to reach and quick to help with our entrance to the house. The area was hit by a recent hurricane and many properties were under construction which worried us and made getting to the property a bit difficult with the multple crews and vehicles. « We've spent two 4th of July's at this house and absolutely love it. The location is wonderful, the property manager is very responsive, and the house is so much more than you'd expect. We spent such a lovely holiday cooking and watching the kids play in the pool. Would recommend a million times over. »

Because they had only operating elevator and the pool heater was not working we were provided with a free upgrade which was fully appreciated.
