Paula, the host, communicates very quickly and is excellent at making sure guests have all their questions answered. I highly recommend this as a place to stay while exploring County Donegal. »

« Great size property. Just a couple of small things could be addressed. Wi-Fi didn’t work, handle on the toilet needs fixing. Would have been nice to have seating in back garden. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels available and nice clean bed linen. »

« The house has plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which makes for quick showers for everyone in the morning. The kitchen is nicely equipped and everything including the wash machine worked well. The town has a nice market just three doors down and is minutes from Donegal and other sites like Sliebh League cliffs. The rooms were comfy and quiet and our hosts were attentive and gracious. « Bill and I spent another incredible two weeks at Hilltown. The family connection is so important to us! We enjoyed walking the strands with old and new friends, meeting up for lunch dates with Bill’s cousin, visiting other cousins and friends! Our friends, who traveled with us,thouroghly enjoyed the comforts afforded at Hilltown, the beauty of the country-side and exploring what Donegal has to offer. We are already looking forward to planning another visit back to Ireland! »

« This house was very comfortable and attractively decorated, with two living rooms and a large kitchen. We enjoyed the access to Donegal town - no more than a few minutes! While the setting was rural, we did overlook a parking lot for a business next door. There were farm animals in the yard next door who said hello as we came and went. A nice place to stay to see the area! »
